We love this place. The smoothies were all fruit. The grilled veggie sandwhich was piled high with fresh, perfectly seasoned ingredients. Not fancy, reasonably priced, easy to find/park, and pleasant staff. We liked it 15 years ago when we lived in the area. And like it just as much now when we visited.

If you want healthy food this is the place. Sometimes things are a bit overdone, but the quality is good. My Portobello mushroom sandwich had so many things in it that the mushroom flavor was a bit overwhelmed, but it was good. And the humus appetizer is big enough for an entree -- it comes with sprouts, shredded cabbage and... More

Vegetarian chili was nothing to brag about (very bland, served lukewarm so that cheese on top did not even melt). Sauteed tofu and vegetables were pretty good. Vegetables could have used a touch more cooking. I like that crisp but they were almost raw. Kids like their pizza and veggie burgers and ate so much of my tofu that I... More

On the way back from Santa Barbara Toyota we stopped in for dinner, 3 of us. My daughter had the dinner special from the specials board. It was a plated meal with 2 slices of really good garlic bread with melted cheese all over it, pasta with a red sauce from sundried tomatoes & pesto, & game with a green... More

On the final night of a five-day pleasure/business trip to Central California, my son and I were seeking a restaurant that would give us a feel for what we and much of the rest of the country thinks that stereotypical California cuisine is all about. What better model of that impression than the Natural Café and Juice Bar in Goleta... More

Had dinner here as I just wanted reliable, fresh, quality food and was not concerned with setting. This location is on the main street in Goleta, and it's well lit, clean, and welcoming. The service was very friendly and helpful at all times. I asked for advice on whether to have the wild caught salmon or turkey burger, and the... More

Love this local chain, huge fan of the other locations, but this spot seems to be just a little bit dirty. the whole place feels like it needs a power washing.

Went for lunch and had the portabello sandwich which was a marinated portabello, jack cheese, tomato and sprouts with garlic mayo mustard on 9 grain bread. Also had the cornbread. Everything was delicous!

There are several Natural Cafe locations in Santa Barbara county, but this one is my favorite because there is plenty of seating in a clean, bright room decorated with local art and Buddha statues. There are also several outdoor tables, but they overlook Hollister and can be quite noisy. This is the kind of place where you order at the... More

I'm not a vegetarian but just wanted some nice food and we found it at Natural Cafe. The food and service was great. I also liked how they are environmentally friendly.
