The Beachside on Goleta beach is a tried and true restaurant with a view of the Pacific that is exceptional, and the food is good too. They offer fresh seafood, steaks, chicken, salads, and a cool oyster bar. It's a great place to meet family and friends for celebrations of all types. With coastal rules and regulations, a restaurant ON... More

Been to the Beachside numerous times… Food is only average but the view is great. Menu hasn't changed in years. Would be great to see some new additions.

One of two restaurants in the greater Santa Barbara area that are right on the beach. Beachside has wonderful views, which are fairly viewable from any table in the restaurant, though beachside tables are the only ones with full views. There is outside seating on a terrace. The food is very good, primarily seafood. Service is a bit slow, but... More

The House Specialty, Paella Del Mar, was excellent with a draft 805. Very busy for dinner. Attentive and friendly staff. Unbeatable view of the sunset.

Halibut was excellent as was the pork loin. Inventive use of herbs and sauces made the entrees stand out. Portions are generous. Very fresh vegetables are not inspired but consistently tasty. Green salad is way above average. Clam chowder was good. If the weather is nice, outdoor dining is available and gives the aroma of the sea as well as... More

Nice place for a seafood meal with a view in Goleta Bar and wait staff are very friendly. Lots of college students working there which was fun since I was there to look at colleges with my teenagers. Seafood and pasta were good but not terribly inspired. Pleasant and friendly atmosphere and great views (even at the bar).

The food was very good and fresh. The view was amazing and the service was outstanding. It is by Santa Barbara airport. We are hoping we can go back before we leave Santa Barbara.

I'm not a huge seafood fan, so I got the Pasta Primavera, which for some reason was too flavorful for me. Usually restaurant food is too bland. But it was tasty (huge portions!), and the other people in my party loved their food. The view is great. We watched the sunset through the big windows with the pier and one... More

This is nice little bar and cafe to share a drink with a friend. We stayed for dinner and I was not impressed at all with the food except the Grilled Artichoke, which I had as an appetizer. The place is causal and could use a facelift. It felt old and tired - but not in a good way. Average... More

I had a great seafood lunch and enjoyed the view. The service was ok .You are sitting almost on the beach. They could use a renovation it is very dated from the carpet to the furniture but the customers didn't seem to mind because it was very busy. The portions are small and not a very many choices on the menu... More
