Hmm. I just want to like it more as a Goleta native. It's almost there but the high-school, cafeteria style service is rough. I couldn't even get a small smile and the person charging you asks you to repeat your order that you just told to the only other person two feet away. Its nothing against this order-at-the-counter style of... More

While day tripping around the area we happened on this great cafe. Food was outstanding, as were the staff, even gave our puppy dog a treat. Try the minted lemonade.

We found this place (world's best used bookstore across the street) and now make a pilgrimage with each trip. Food is always great, counter staff is adorable and friendly. This is one of those restaurants you want to send all of your friends to...(don't miss the Solstice jam if they have it -- amazing!)

Great place to have breakfast during the week or weekend. Had the breakfast panini and heuvos rancheros. Food is made with care with only the best local ingredients. Taste and price is great. Food is very healthly and wholesome too.

A landmark experience: crab pulled late afternoon. Smoked Asparagus w a variety of toppings, artichokes and half head of baby lettuce salads... dessert was a Moroccan almond orange cake w honey yogurt sauce- just out of this world. Early supper is great for families. Julia the owner is a fine chef and the food is as spectacular as the venue... More

This is a great boutique style cafe that serves natural and healthy food and coffee. i rate it tasty and convenient since I like everything I've tried there and it's within walking distance from work. They are not easy to find but it's worth the search. Seating is limited and I believe there is only street parking. Check it out.... More

Last week I had my first meal at the Goodland Kitchen. I am happy to have found a new, healthy restaurant. I work around the corner from there so it's a great choice for breakfast and/or lunch. Parking is tough to, I would either go before or after the lunch rush. I had the butternut squash soup, the Ellwood Sandwich,... More

Amazing selection of gourmet take out, unique menu optons, vegan and gluten free choices available. So very yummy. The only negative is parking near here is terrible, the food is worth it.

Went to Goodland Kitchen for lunch for the first time, after hearing positive things about it. The food was fresh, which is great! The mint lemonade was excellent as well. However, the portions were very small for the price paid. I paid $7 for a "full sized" garden salad, but got a roughly 6 by 4 inch box (that wasn't... More
