One of those places I wish I could give a 3.5 to, but there's no option for that. Anyhow, it's better than a 3 but no way is it a 4. The place is a great joint to have a beer or two and an ok place for food. There was nothing bad about the food but also nothing at... More

We walked over to T. Phillips last night for dinner, and were sat very promptly indoors. Our drink and meals orders were taken, and our drinks were served by a friendly server, and then the trouble started. The hostess who sat us came over to our table and said she'd made a huge mistake and had sat us at a... More

Evening meal with 8 friends, sat outside. We booked, was probably advisable. Service was good despite being very busy. Soft drinks come in huge (quart) glasses which seems unnecessary. Very limited wine list, and most of those out of stock - poor. Food was good, portions large. Very noisy inside, would be best to sit outside if possible.

We went on a Friday night when our kids were busy, so it was just the two of us, with no hurry, unlike the usual meals out on the weekend. We had been here 3x's before, but daughter didn't like selections (she's picky). Between the bag of peanuts they throw to you from the bar (drop the shells on the... More
