Cuban wonderfulness and live music too!

Tried them for the first time today and loved it! The pork and Cuban fried rice was fantastic! Live jams on Thursday evenings! Can't wait to go back... gonna work my way thru the entire menu... beer and wine choices are excellent to complement their wonderful food and great service!

I tried this restaurant after seeing it featured on DDD. I tried the shrimps Al Ajillo and I can't say that it was anything special. The staff were really friendly on the other hand.

We visited this place because it was on Diners, Drive ins and Dives. And my wife wanted Spanish food. I had the Camarones Al Ajillo and she had the Mambo’s Chicken. Great food really well cooked and seasoned. The decor and atmosphere are nice and the wall behind the bar is decorated with the pictures and autographs of celebrities that... More

Very good food with vegetarian options. Live music on Tuesdays at 8pm, but get a reservation first! Apparently. We got there at 7 and had to be out by 8 because there were reservations. Great service made it worth it.

I am new to Cuban cuisine so I have to go with the other reviewers and say it's good. I certainly liked it. This little cafe used to be a gas station. If you use your imagination to can see it. It is on the corner of Western and Victory. Freeway access nearby! We were there early on a Thursday... More

We wanted to try an authentic Cuban sandwich at a local hangout on a quick trip to LA. Mambo's had strong ratings and wasn't far from our hotel, so why not. The walls were dotted with signed photos of musicians, actors, and bands, and the tables were filled with locals enjoying some Cuban fare. Having no baseline on which to... More

We were in town for a USC football game and were staying in the Glendale area. We were meeting friends for dinner and wanted to check the neighboring area for places that had appeared on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Mambo's came up, and according to the reviews, was a place not to miss! Accurate! As a vegetarian, there are several... More

I totally recommend this restaurant. There was this 1 Cuban restaurant in West Hollywood back in he early 90's, ate there twice. Went back again in the late 90's, but it was not there anymore. So happy I found another awesome Cuban restaurant again. I totally recommend the Salmon a la Brava (with Vegetable Rice & Sm. Salad). Wild Caught... More

I have been traveling to glendale once a month for business and I found Mambos on one of my early trips. It has become my favorite restaurant in Glendale. I get the roast pork and it is phenomenal. It comes with black beans and rice which are done perfect. I would highly recommend this place. The price is very reasonable... More
