Damon's shrimp cocktail is just the best I've every had. Also, the prime rib is yummy. Perfect place for pre-theater dinner at The Alex.

What great place! I had my Birthday lunch hour celebration here! It's tiki! It's decorated to the hilt with tiki! Service was great. The Lunch time Mai-tais and chi-chis hit the spot!!! Everyone raved about there BBQ sandwiches --some of the best they ever had!!! They can give you a big table or small intimate table -- no will no... More

I don't know why people think this place is great. The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell.....OLD MUSTY BAR. The next thing I thought was, maybe this is the basement.... where is the nice restaurant. Nope, wrong again..... this is the restaurant. :( So, since I invited a group with me I think positive... Damon's it's just plain fun. When you walk through those magically doors you are transported into the 50's style Hawaiian kitsch-ness. The best way to describe the decor is: the enchanted tiki room meets your local diner. On the drink menu you'll find all your classic pacific island drinks including mai tai's, chi chi's, and Singapore Slings. My only notes... More

I live in Glendale and am crazy about quality meat and quality foods. Damons is all that and more. The less than complimentary reviews are way off base from folks who really wanted fatty hot wings from Hooters.

Had dinner here with a group. To be fair, I did not have steak but fish. Grilled but doused in a gooey, greasy sauce. Very 50s cuisine--not crazy about it.

Never ever pay attention to the nay sayers of Damon's. This establishment is a wonderful experience from start to finish . You start it off simply the best Mai Tai one could ever have. Chi Chi's are great as well, the house drinks. The Tiki atmosphere is great. The garlic bread is still one of the best you could ever... More

The first thing you notice when you enter the restaurant (particularly in the Tiki Room ) is the stench of the carpet. The mouldy smell from beer and food was simply off-putting. It was a busy lunchtime when we went So the service was pretty slow. We waited for about 30mins for our food to come. And worst still the... More
