Tasty food, friendly service

We stopped in after a long trip and were pleasantly surprised. Hubby had the bangers and garlic mash with gravy. It was very flavorful and felt like home cooking. I had the Reuben with a side of homemade French onion soup. I was very happy with the corned beef and the soup was rich and yummy. A... read more

We passed this restaurant on the way to the beach so came back to it the next day. Nice cold beer and great sandwiches!

I haven't been to the Claddagh in about 6-7 years. In fact it has been so long I couldn't remember why. On Sept 6, 2015 I placed a to-go order. I ordered a Kobe cheeseburger for myself and fish and chips for my girlfriend. We live pretty close so the food stays pretty warm and fresh for the 3 minute... More

We were in town for Gilroy Garlic Festival & our party of 6 had just arrived....place was recommended by our RV park & we were pleasantly surprised! First off, Janee, our waitress, was amazing & the owner, Mike stopped by to check in on us & also taught us a bit about Ireland & regional foods there. The food was... More

Very nice place. Walked in and sat right down and hey we're pretty busy the waitress was there as soon as we sat down to make sure that the table was ok for us. We had a couple of questions about some of the items and she was very helpful about them. The menu is small but a great variety... More

Food is good not to many choices but what theu did have was good. Service was well below expectations. We sat at the bar because there seemed to be only one person running the whole thing, thought it would be faster service. When we ordered it was a simple app and drinks. The bartender was at the bar the whole... More

I always love coming here. The atmosphere is fun Irish and reminds me of Ireland. The food is always good, from Shepherds Pie to, fish & chips and of course corned beef served any which way. Service is always friendly and you feel welcomed.

My family has been going here, off & on, for the last 3 years. We've met & spoken with the owner who is actually from the UK so in that respect it is an 'authentic' Pub. Each time we go we have a different experience. The service is sporadic: one time it will be acceptable, the next horrible. I would... More

When you walk in, the building doesn't shout "pub" but don't let that scare you off. These people have pub in their hearts. Excellent selection of beers & ales whiskies, etc. and the food is very good, I have had the BEST Calamari (yes, calamari) there, better than at seafood restaurants in SF or Monterey. Banger sandwich is excellent and... More

Arrived at the pub with a date and was excited for a nice evening and good food! Seated our selves and waited and waited and waited. People were being helped all around us, but not one of the 5 waitresses there, so much as acknowledge us. Not a hello, can I take a drink order or even a smile. A... More
