If you are REALLY hungry and you close your eyes you may be okay. I was in this place 25 years ago and a damp rag has not visited the inside of the restaurant in all those years. Hand written signs on the walls warning the night crew not to show up late, what you do with the coke machine,... More

On our way back from Oakland after dropping friends at the airport we were just getting out of town and were going to stop for breakfast. I didn't want the usual fast food so we took a look around for something. The restaurant looked clean from the outside so I said we should take a chance. I was so glad.... More

My wife and I are regulars for breakfast at the Longhouse because of the great breakfast menu, the ample portions, the value for the money, the quality of the food and the terrific service, even on the busiest of days. This really is a down-home, traditional diner in which the servers and cooks seem to work together so well, that... More

The restaurant was packed and our waitress was super busy but did an amazing job! Her service was excellent and the food was great! We were so glad we stopped!

We went for a late breakfast and while you really can't screw up breakfast, ours was delicious, hot and plentiful. Chicken fried steak and eggs delicious. Get it with the biscuits and gravy. Service was the best I have had in a diner in a long long time. Big local crowd. Can't go wrong for the price! bon Appetite!

I brought my family/friends for a nice meal. Totally ignore one persons order, dinner was served hodge podge not all together. Steaks were not cooked as ordered. Wait staffer was surly and flippant about our discomfort and then argumentative. Of course, the Manager wasn't there to deal with the problems his/her staff caused. Overall it was a very unpleasant visit.

I almost hate to say this, because I like the people at this place and the service has always been good, prices are fair, etc. But one time I ordered their homemade raviolis and the meat inside had a "spoiled" taste to it. I didn't get sick, but I have a feeling that MAYBE their beef ravioli filling is at... More

This is a great locals place to get a good breakfast at a reasonable price with good sized portions. The hash browns are really good and the pancakes I would recommend. This is not the place to go if you are into atmosphere as this is definitely your basic diner style place. Service is good. I would give it 4... More

This is the kind of restruant that just gets better with age. The food is basic steak house, old school. No -------fushion here, just fantastic food. I had a steak completely covered with grilled mushrooms. It was so good I never opened the A-1 bottle. The vegatables tasted like they were picked this morning.
