Description: Drawing on a life that has taken him around the world, Francis Ford Coppola shares his personal pantheon of recipes at RUSTIC, Francis’s Favorites, the winery’s full-service restaurant. Set in a Sonoma County-casual atmosphere, RUSTIC’s menu embraces international as well as traditional Italian dishes, with an emphasis on family-style cooking that features fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the property’s organic herb and produce garden. Authentic, Neapolitan-style pizzas are also a specialty.

My husband and I took out his stepmother for a special lunch. Living in a facility 24/7 with the same food over and over again, she was looking forward to this trip. The location is absolutely beautiful. If we had more time, I would have loved to go through the gift shop and wine tasting. My mother-in-law couldn't wait to... More

I can't express how amazed you will be to stop at this winery. There is so much to see and it is so interesting. The wine is fantastic and this too is a must see when in this area.

What an amazing restaurant. You should order Moroccan Lamb ahead of time. It comes with couscous and cooks in a pot for several hours. We love drinking Sophia sparkling wine. The desserts are wonderful: French lemon pie, chocolate mousse, panna cotta. Staff is wonderful. Views are to die for.

"A Tavola" on Tuesday nights - what a meal! There is no menu on this night. The chef makes the dishes and it comes to your table. You can have seconds if you like. The dishes kept coming and coming and they were all delicious. You had a choice of cesar's salad or spring salad with balsamic vinegar dressing; pasta... More

We went to visit the Francis Ford Coppola Winery and museum in the late afternoon and found it very interesting. The museum is on two floors intermixed with items for sale. The wine tasting areas are also spread out so it never felt crowded. We purchased a bottle of wine that we tasted and had a reservation for 5:30. As... More

We were 5 couples who had just ridden our bikes in Levi's Gran Fondo (big bike ride) and we were HUNGRY. Thankfully our hotel concierge recommended this restaurant when we said we wanted to eat at a winery. The entire evening was the highlight of our Sonoma trip. We enjoyed looking around at all the movie memorabilia while we waited... More

We ordered a variety of dishes including rack of lamb (a full rack!!), Marakesh lamb, Bastilla, salted fish (really moist), salmon. We were warned that their fried bread was addictive and found it to be true. The panna cotta dessert was the lightest and creamiest I've ever had. Two of our group had the tasting menu and the wine pours... More

Usually enjoy dining outside, but being Sunday, everyone wanted to dine on the patio. We resorted to eating indoors since the hostess indicated it would be over an hour or more to be seated outdoors. We phoned from the coast to make reservations, but got the answering machine, so left a message. We are First Members of the Coppola Amici... More

The food is really good with a nice assortment of foods with different origins and flavors. Quality is very important with both the food and service. The location is really beautiful as well. It feels like a special occasion whenever we go. Can't forget to mention the great wines!
