Catelli's is a landmark, third generation restaurant located in the heart of Sonoma County between the breathtaking hills of Dry Creek and Alexander Valley

Catelli's was originally opened in Geyserville around 1936 by Italian immigrants Santi and Virginia Catelli. The restaurant was originally known as Catelli's "The Rex" (the "king" as translated from Latin). Third generation Catellis and siblings, Domenica and Nicholas Catelli, are now co-owners. Located in Geyserville in Sonoma County, the menu highlights ingredients from local and organic farmers as well as over 100 local wines. Led by executive chef, author, and media personality, Domenica Catelli, original items such as handmade ravioli are paired with new bright creations such as "The Pasta of the Moment." Catelli's has a rich history with the local community, where generations of families have eaten, celebrated, and created memories throughout their lives.

A restaurant that can adapt to the changing times and clientele without losing their core heritage and local friends as patrons is a winner. Catelli's welcomes wine tourists and regulars alike with a friendly smile. Casual bar eating, two dining rooms with large group tables or private corners for cuddly couples. Cocktails are great. Wines affordable. Lasagne is a dream... More

Catelli's has long been a favorite stop for me, starting when I was a child. As a result, it conjures up feelings of comfort and well being for me. It was raining the other evening as I was approaching Geyserville and I decided to stop off. Good choice! The cocktails are inventive, the salads fresh and crisp, and the meat... More

Love this place. Been here several times and we've never been disappointed. Stopped between wineries for lunch. Comfy setting, reasonable prices and great food. I like the calamari but everything seems great.

From the moment that we entered the restaurant until we departed, we were greeted and treated with friendly, efficient, attentive and professional service. There were ten in our party, eight adults and two teens and everything we ordered from appetizers to meals were great choices. Although it was an extremely busy evening (Saturday after Christmas), our waitress, Dena, was very... More

We have visited here many times and have never NEVER been disappointed. This is a must if you're visiting Geyserville wine country. The sauce is right out of Italy!

This was your third time visiting this restaurant. In the past we always had a good experience. This it was very disappointing. The only reason I am giving a two star rating is for the salad which was quite good. Service was very slow. We waited forty five minutes to get our meal. When I asked the waiter about the... More

Anthony, I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Do you remember the name of your server or the day that you came in for lunch? We will want to address this right away as that is not at all the type of service we look to offer. We would like to look into this immediately. Also, please send... More

Came here for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed. Attractive dining room & bar area, the staff was warm and friendly. What stood out most was Domenica's sauce. I think there were a few dishes that featured it, I had it with Michael's Pasta and it was delicious. The only thing that threw me about this restaurant is that... More

The burrata is one of the most amazing things I have had. We have been here on our last 3 trips. After the first time where we shared one as an appetizer, my husband and I each get our own and share an entree. It is that good!

We were traveling north on highway 101, heading for the redwoods, and since it was near lunchtime, we pulled up restaurants on our GPS that were along our route. We chose a different place in Geyserville, but when we got there, it was closed. We'd seen the name Catelli's, and since we both love Italian, decided to give it a... More

Being in a group of seven we waited a while for a table despite having a reservation. It was worth the wait. The dining room is beautiful and spacious. The food was piping hot and possibly the best Chicken Parmesan ever. Great experience and we would happily return.
