The 5 stars are for the pork spring rolls and shrimp spring rolls only, as I've never managed to try anything else here. The spring rolls are THAT good!!

Expect a long wait if you're coming around dinner time. It's not the best Viet place I've ever been to, but it's still very good. The banh khot was delicious and well portioned. The nam nuong, which this restaurant is most famous for, wasn't mind-blowing but tasty nonetheless. Overall, a good restaurant and a must-see if you're ever in Garden... More

We have been here a few times and tonight we went for an early dinner. I think it's because of the time we went, there was no wait, which is a plus. We got seated right away! Of course we had the pork spring roll! Even with our 10 year who is not as adventurous as we are in food,... More

Stopped in here with friends on the way to visit Little Saigon in Westminster. The food was outstanding (especially the featured spring rolls). My friends are not much for asian foods, but they loved their lunches here. My wife and I have vacationed in Vietnam recently and this food is as good as we had there. Wish they were closer... More

First time I visited this busy Vietnamese restaurant last Saturday which at 3PM (late lunch), customers still have to wait at least 10 minutes. The wait is worthwhile because of good food at reasonable prices.

I did a little research before heading on vacation and wrote this little gem down because we love Vietnamese. Brodard did not disappoint. Their spring rolls are amazing. Like nothing I have had before. Wish I could pack them up and take them home to Vancouver. Everything we ordered was delicious. The egg rolls were crispy and not greasy. The... More

I'd had the Nem Nuong Cuon, Brodard's signature pork spring rolls, when my girlfriend brought a bunch for my family to try. But I only recently got a chance to eat them fresh at the restaurant when she took me there for dinner. We split an order of four, and I thoroughly enjoyed them, dipped in the tangy house special... Brodard gets very busy, especially on the weekends. Is it worth the wait?? I think so, but since I hate waiting, I take an early lunch to avoid the crowds. We arrived at 11:00 on a Friday, and the place was nearly full. The place is known for their Spring rolls, not to be confused with eggrolls. These are not... More
