Stopped in here with friends on the way to visit Little Saigon in Westminster. The food was outstanding (especially the featured spring rolls). My friends are not much for asian foods, but they loved their lunches here. My wife and I have vacationed in Vietnam recently and this food is as good as we had there. Wish they were closer... More

First time I visited this busy Vietnamese restaurant last Saturday which at 3PM (late lunch), customers still have to wait at least 10 minutes. The wait is worthwhile because of good food at reasonable prices.

I did a little research before heading on vacation and wrote this little gem down because we love Vietnamese. Brodard did not disappoint. Their spring rolls are amazing. Like nothing I have had before. Wish I could pack them up and take them home to Vancouver. Everything we ordered was delicious. The egg rolls were crispy and not greasy. The... More

I'd had the Nem Nuong Cuon, Brodard's signature pork spring rolls, when my girlfriend brought a bunch for my family to try. But I only recently got a chance to eat them fresh at the restaurant when she took me there for dinner. We split an order of four, and I thoroughly enjoyed them, dipped in the tangy house special... Brodard gets very busy, especially on the weekends. Is it worth the wait?? I think so, but since I hate waiting, I take an early lunch to avoid the crowds. We arrived at 11:00 on a Friday, and the place was nearly full. The place is known for their Spring rolls, not to be confused with eggrolls. These are not... More

We walk in and notice we are the only two non-Vietnamese in the place Our reaction: This could be Vietnamese Food Heaven-and it pretty much was. Some business in OC allowed for a dinner in Little Saigon. Everyone recommended Brodard and they were so right! Shrimp Spring Rolls, Veg. Crepes and Spicy Beef Salad (this was like a steak salad... I can't find this special sauce for the spring roll anywhere. I mainly go to this restaurant for the spring rolls.

the line was long during lunch but it's moving. We waited for 10mn. Nem Nuong and Chao Tom rolls were good. Banh Xeo was crunchy but oily. A thin Banh khot with coconut flavor served in plastic boat shape. If you like prepared rolls, then this place is for you.
