Cafe Minou offers organic food prepared with consciousness...vegan and vegetarian options, outdoor seating...Try the soups in the fall and winter and the vegans can order the taco salad (no cheese) or fakeen bacon sandwich on Daves bread... Fresh juices and lots more for cheseaterians and omnivores...

Everything is organic and tastes so good! The taco salad is addictive! They offer juices and smoothies. I ate here almost every day for a week!

My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way up US 101. While this is actually a deli with limited seating, I ordered a take out salad. Nothing fancy, just a basic salad. If you're not hungry, I suggest that you don't stop. But if you are, I'm not sure that this is where I would go again.... More

So glad to find a pleasant, healthy place to eat along the road. Lovely vegan and vegetarian choices. Awesome.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at the Cafe Minou. We arrived on a Friday around noon and the local Farmer's Market was in full swing just outside their door on Church Street and across the street from the local square. We did spot several tables/chairs inside the cafe/deli, but we were very happy to order... More

This is a deli, not a cafe despite what the sign says. There was a single table next to the front door where I suppose one could eat. Otherwise, this would be known as a deli anywhere else. The selection was limited but looked good. We did not see anything we wanted to eat.

It is not a sit-down place yet but will be soon. You can eat outside in the Square. The sandwiches are super fresh and the grain and bean salads and quiches and baked goods are all interesting, gourmet vegie food. Very high quality, not cheap.

Cafe Minou located in Chataquah Natural Foods offers the highest level of integrity and quality. Delicious soups, sandwiches, wraps, drinks, fair prices, great people. Tables outdoors, in the park across the street. A jewel!
