We took family from out of town for their champagne brunch..It had been a while since we had been there. They had increased their prices quite a bit. The average price being $16 for an omelet. I ordered one that was called a seasoned chicken fajita omelet. They must have forgot the seasoning because it had no taste whats so... More

Our favorite place for dining in Galt. Great food & service, the drinks are also excellent! We have never been disappointed. Daily specials & friendly staff keep us coming back often. By the way, we have been here several times, always a good experience.

This is the most upscale restaurant Galt has to offer. The food is always tasty, the service is excellent . The building is a remodel of an historic site with beautiful decorations. It tend to be loud inside high ceilings etc. I've had the prime rib sandwich and the chicken w/ mashed potatoes. Both very good. The patio is nice... More

This place is downtown Galt right across from the train tracks but that's no problem. The inside is noisy (there was live music) and bustling but the patio is wonderful. The servers are efficient and informative and the food portions, if anything, are too much for one person. Salad and/or soup come with each entrée plus there is a long... More

My family of 11 celebrated my mother's 90th birthday having Sunday brunch. They were very accommodating and our waitress was the best. Food was excellent. I had the yummy eggs benedict and others had omelets and French dip sandwiches. Everybody in our party was very pleased with what they ordered and the impeccable service. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable... More

Galt isn't a town full of high-brow dining experiences, but Brewster's proves that it's possible to do better than a chain restaurant drive-thru. It's housed in a fantastic old building (maybe a former bank or something) and even though it's a huge space, they have made it feel warm and inviting. We had salads and main dishes, and were very... The old brick building that is more than 100 years old and used to be a Masonic Hall is now the home of Brewster's. The Bar & Grill is an icon and would be in any town. We have been there many times and have always had a good experience. Parking is near the entrance and easy access to all... More

I have eaten here 4 times now and have had excellent service and food always. I am pleased to bring friends from out of town to join me and they have all said the same thing--Great place. They have done a fantastic job of restoring an old building and creating a great atmosphere with great food.

Housed in an historic building, Brewster's Bar and Grill is a really pleasant experience. The restaurant is obviously a favorite with locals, several large parties were celebrating both in the restaurant and on the adjoining patio. The restaurant is owned by two brothers, one in the kitchen the other at the bar. The food is delicious and the service friendly... More
