So, maybe you should ask if the shrimp or ravioli is frozen before you order it, because I believe it is and the shrimp taste like rubber. the ravioli on the other hand was dry around the edges and barely cooked through. The nice thing is, is that they come with your choice of drink and you get spumoni at... More

Interior is very beautiful and the service was very friendly. Food is average and long waits for a Sunday afternoon. Very reasonably priced.

They told us the wait was 1hour. Our table was ready in 30 minutes. And they served us reasonably priced drinks until then. I mean where else do you get 4 dollar stone draft in prime time? Pasta portions were a little small, especially the kids meals but when they hold their prices below 10 dollars for some pastas its... More

Stopped in for lunch with a friend, and we had meals off of their lunch menu. They tell you that the portion sizes are smaller than the dinner menu, but it didn't seem like they were much smaller to me. We did not leave hungry. Our server (Kristin) was great, and right on top of our every need.

Maybe they were understaff, or someone called in sick. Too many customer, not enough people in kitchen? Food took forever, not that interested in going back

I've been to many Old Spaghetti Factories over the years including this one. For this last lunch visit (my first return in about 5 years) I found the food to be just okay. I ordered the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and it was just okay. Not terrible, but not tasty like I had to gobble it down. My wife had... More

I scheduled my wedding rehearsal dinner here for a Friday evening in mid-January. We showed up and were immediately seated. They had little signs for each guest to choose their entrée and place at their seat so the waitresses knew what to serve. Some drink orders were taken, bread served and salads quickly followed. About 15-20 minutes later entrees were... More

Made reservation online for party of 6 for dinner before going to theater to see a musical. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival and enjoyed a great spaghetti dinner. Service was a bit on the sluggish side. I think they could have used few extra servers. Overall a good experience.

Nice restaurant suitable for any type of group but there was a little bit of a mix up with the meal charges. In the top of their menu stated that quote "All of our entrées are served as a complete meal with unlimited hot fresh baked bread, soup or crispy green salad with a choice of dressing, and our signature...
