Fullerton Tradition

We recently went to Mulberry Street, an institution in downtown Fullerton. This has always been one of our favorite restaurants. It has served great food through the troubled times of downtown. I now fear that a revitalized downtown has hurt Mulberry Street. I made reservations for 7:30 p.m. on... read more

Way too much fun. Bar crowd is enjoying themselves politely, and the restaurant was packed with friendly conversation. My eggplant was perfect as was my wifes chicken dish. The wine is a generous pour and our server, Eusavio was professional. When you can catch Dennis at the podium; talk to him about movies.

Went with a large group for a special celebration, very accommodating! Wine prices reasonable and good selection.

Mulberry Street is the Cheers of Downtown Fullerton. Once you walk into the front door which leads to the bar, you will know exactly what I mean. John, the barkeep, is an icon in the area, the bar is very cozy and the drinks are great. The food, well, that's another story. The Italian dishes range from good to very... More

Mulberry street reminds one of the quaint little Italian Ristorantes in New York. A marble bar as you enter, a piano in the corner, white table cloths and it is small and intimate. Happy Hour is a great way to sample their larger menu and have a relaxing glass of wine. I love this place!

Great food, great staff, excellent bar. Year in, year out, the best restaurant in Fullerton. Lunch and dinner are equally good

We stopped to have lunch. My wife loves their reuben sandwich. She was very disappointed when it came on whole wheat. The waiter did not ask what type of bread my wife wanted. She had never had it on anything but rye. One star. Five stars for my chicken sandwich.

My family has been going to Mulberry Street since the early 70's. We have celebrated birthdays, graduations, holidays and just plain old family get togethers as well as a romantic dinner for my husband and I. The food is the best, don't forget to try Ciopinno if you love seafood and I have had it all over the world and... More

Met for appetizers and wine after work. EXCELLENT. We each had a different appetizer and shared them. Between the four of us, we had enough to act as dinner. Everything was good. A bit of a warning--food doesn't start until 5:00 pm. Staff is accommodating and very helpful. Will go back again

Love the food here. We had dinner on New Year's Eve, visit the same night every year. Crowd in the bar area is getting older, mid 50's, but still fun.
