Good food, Usually a wait

This place always seem to be busy. The restaurant isn't very large, and if there's live music going on, getting a table is even harder to get. Not a place for a 1st date as its quite noisy and dark. The food is not bad. I wouldn't recommend the baseball cut sirloin unless you really like... read more

We go here every month and share a top serloin or Filet with just an extra salad or soup. but be sure to get the fresh baked squaw bread, to die for. Plenty of food to feed two of us and that way the price is very reasonable too. The beef quality is the best. Even the chicken breast is... More

Found Stubriks on TA as we wanted to get away from the food right around Disneyland. The menu offered a variety and it was a good meal. We started with the Cornbread appetizer but I would pass in the future as the normal bread they have tastes better. I then had the potato soup which was a bit spicy for... More

My wife and I dine here occasionally. It's pretty good food at a decent price. The servings are on the large side so if you're on a diet, share your plate with someone. I would call it casual fine dinning with a laid back atmosphere. Traditional but trendy since it's in the downtown Fullerton area but you won't be seeing... More

I am a meat and potatoes girl. Ribeye is my favorite cut. I have had my share of steaks, and this place cooked the best ribeye I have ever had in my entire life. I ordered the ribeye, mid rare, and it came with garlic mashed potatoes which typically I am not a fan of but these were delicious, the... More

Stubrik's offers late night dining in downtown Fullerton. I've had dinner there several times, it never has floated my boat, but it serves a purpose. Steaks are nothing to write home about, but better than the Sizzler. Decent portions, but the preparation could be so much better, but isn't. I have had a variety of their menu over the years,... Stubrik's is a great place for a steak in Fullerton. They have a wide variety on their menu but I always order the Black & Bleu steak. You can never go wrong with this order. The environment is not what you would find at the other "trendy" spots in Downtown Fullerton either. This place is defintely worth a visit.

We used to really like this place so what happened? Went here last night for dinner and we weren't very impressed. Our salads had so many sunflower seeds on them it was unreal! My filet was cooked wrong and had to be brought back to the kitchen. Seems strange to me that a restaurant that specializes in steaks wouldn't know... More

The food was really good but it took 1.5 hrs just to get our soup & salads before our dinner was served. When any of us ordered our 2nd drinks it took about 30-45 mins before it reached our table. I know we had a lot of people at our table but the wait time for everything (besides the 1... More

We had a great experience for a birthday. Food is excellent and the beer selection is good too. The steaks were cooked perfectly.
