Cracked Pepper Bistro in Fresno is a quality experience that gives you the opportunity to experience great dining amidst a staff that complies to your every request. We were a group of five, and everyone found something enjoyable to try on the menu. A request from a senior member of our party to turn down the frigid air conditioning was... More

Cracked Pepper Bistro in Fresno is a must visit in Fresno. The food is consistently good every time. All the ingredients are fresh. I have been there several times on special occasions only because it's a bit pricy but well worth it. I would highly recommend it for that special occasion and you have to make a reservation!!

They are trying very hard to be an upscale French restaurant, and the food is generally pretty good in that old fashioned, classic, heavy sauced French food kind of way. But the atmosphere is stuffy and pretentious and the prices are very high for Fresno. I thought their sauces lacked a certain fershness; they tasted as if they were made... More

We were visiting relatives in Fresno and they suggested we eat here because of the great reviews. Two of us arrived earlier than the others and the persons who greeted us were friendly and helpful. One of our party is in a wheelchair and they made sure the table was comfortable for us. The owner/chef came by our table to... More

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. One of our favorites, caprese salad, was on special. All of the produce ingredients had come from a local farmer's market and tasted like it had just been picked at the perfect stage of ripeness. We also opted for one of the dinner specials, filet mignon, that was finished with a cremini reduction. We... More

My husband and I had a fabulous dinner here. The atmosphere is fresh and upbeat, the food is delectable. Here's what we had: Eggplant Napoleon: don't miss out on this creative appetizer. Deliciously crispy on the outside and soft and warm goat cheese inside. Mussels: another great starter. There are a ton of them in this dish and with a... More

The location is significantly improve since they relocated. The service was exemplary. The food was excellent. We brought to their attention that the overhead fan was potentially over cooling our meals they immediately reduced the fan speed. In future visits I would reserve for a little later so that we could eat on the patio. The acoustics inside could be... More

Cracked Pepper is a great surprise. Delicious food, friendly service, a nice atmosphere. Don't miss the Eggplant Napoleon, a Cracked Pepper specialty. If you're unsure, order one for the table and let everyone have a bite or 2. All the food is beautifully served and the wait staff is great. At the end of the meal, order the bread pudding.... More

How often does this happen in a restaurant? Not often but this time was a charm. We had not dined here in a long time and decided to try the new location. The restaurant is modern and appealing inside. The service, quality and presentation of food is great. Portion size was generous we thought. Beautiful salads. Two people had the... More
