Sort of hard to call!

This has been my favorite restaurant in Fresno until recently. I love the food. Just about everything on the menu is very good. However the service is super slow!. The last time we went they made a big deal about not being able to seat us at 6 but they could take us at 6:15. Made us wait until... read more

I have eaten all over the world and I find my taste buds need to be challenged. This place just didn't do that for me. Although the food was good. The service was excellent. The ambiance was nice. I just don't think this will be a regular place for me. I think it's expensive and overrated. But that is just... More

The food choices are superb here. A good choice of appetizers (we had carpaccio which was a bit skimpy). Salads were good, the Stilton was exceptional. We had a salmon special that was cooked to perfection. The only negative is a very short list of wines by the glass for those if us who do not want to consume a... More

One of the nicest restaurants in Fresno. High quality dish selections, presentation, service and experience. Always busy and reservations recommended probably tell the story.

The food, wines, device is very good to excellent. Best scallops I have ever had even compared with the famous Oyster Bar in NY or highly-rated seafood restaurants all over CA and NY; but not a good value for the money as they are high overpriced and now that they have moved, they are really "full of themselves" in terms... Very small restaurant but the ambience is nice. You can count on fine food. Unusual menu items. A little pricey. Great especially for a special occasion!

One of the best higher end restaurants in Fresno. Always a treat to enjoy a special dinner at the Cracked Pepper!

Can not wait to return! The memory of our Escargot, with lemon ginger beurre blanc sauce, still takes my breath away thinking about it. OMGosh! Incredible! We've enjoyed lots of terrific escargot, in the past. Perhaps the Jolly Rogue in New Monterey wharf was one of the best. But Cracked Pepper surpassed that memory. It was so---no one word. Each... I don't know what was better the food or the bread pudding. Both were amazing... but the bread pudding is hands down phenomenal. It's a must have. New location is nice too

The service is excellent. They know the menu by heart. Everything that we ordered tasted so good . The new location is much nicer and safer. The bread pudding is to die for. It's classified as fine dining so that can probably justify the $$$$ menu. The staff is great
