Well after eating here, you will wish she was your grandmother! The basics: she makes her pasta fresh from scratch daily. She's the one cooking it for you in the kitchen (on a Monday at the end of the lunch shift no less). You can't decide which pasta you want? No problem - grandma lets you pick three and will... More

This restaurant is one of the best - all due to the undying devotion of Elena and her well trained (and long term) staff. The food is excellent with service to match. Highly recommended.

Been going to Parma since we moved here (2002). There is no restaurant, that is Italian style food, that compares to Parma. About as authentic as Italy itself and is my only way to escape to the time when I spent 5 weeks all over Italy. Let the owner, Elena, suggest an entree, budget time to enjoy it, and try... More

The food and service were just great. Enjoyed a back corner table, and were out in time for a concert. Would definitely return, if visiting Fresno again.

FOOD House-made pasta daily, and you can taste it. They don't smother the pasta in sauce - it's just the right amount, so you can actually taste the pasta. The double or triple pasta tasting plate is the way to go if it's your first time. DRINKS A few beers, with some good Italian imports, and some very nice wine... More

If you order the specials where you try several of their pastas, you will not go wrong. It included a sampler appetizer tray, two or three pastas and dessert. Way too much food but I left very happy and full. The service is great and the owner reminded me of being in Italy, making the rounds that all is well... More

The food was delectable, ambience was quite comfortable with a good sense of energy, and service was unmatched. A little pricey, but well worth the price for the level of service you received. Our server was Owen, and he was very attentive but not overbearing at all... didn't feel rushed; took our time savoring the cocktail and wine, appetizer, entree,... More

The owner is engaged with customers and staff. Owner is from Parma, Italy. Food is from there to. We allowed the owner to create the best antipasto ever and indulged family style on 5 different homemade pastas she suggested. Gotta have the veal ravioli. Finished off with dessert sampling. The cheese cake is a winner. Very nice, clean, comfortable atmosphere.... More

Found Parma on TA and certainly glad we did. Atmosphere (the outdoor patio at night is wonderful), the service and oh yah, the meals - all wonderful! We have been in San Francisco, Carmel, Santa. Barbara, LA and this has been, by far, the best meal and service we have had in CA! Highly recommend it.
