Do Not Bother

My friend moved into the apartment complex walking distance from "Paul's". He wanted to try it. It is small & clustered, hectic. The hostess was not friendly & the waitress was impatient. I ordered a plain egg dish & it was EXPENSIVE! My friend ordered their "famous" chicken fried steak. He loves... read more

This is a very basic diner type place serving hearty portions of American food. My Denver omelet was tasty. I had fresh fruit with it which included a heavenly slice of fresh pineapple. My husband had steak and eggs, which he enjoyed, especially with the biscuits and gravy. Service was good. Drawbacks: it was a bit loud and the coffee... More

If you are looking for a fancy, upscale restaurant, this is not the place for you. But, if you are looking for great food and a great experience, head to Paul's. We frequent places featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives ~ that is how we found this place. They feature a military decor; each wall offers something a little different.... More

Paul's coffee shop has been in our community for years, however the new owner has taken it to a new level. The restaurant is themed in U.S. Marine attire after the owners own service. They even made it to T.V. on a episode of Good Eats. The menu is good and the food is excellent, as well as the service.... More

Paul's is the kind of place you went to with you family when you were a kid - not a chain with everything tastes the same food. Owner is on site helping with the food. Good neighborhood vibe. Chicken fried steak and eggs comes on two plates it's so large a serving. Tastes like home!

I highly recommend the chili omelet! Real chili with no beans! Side of biscuits and gravy that had a great flavor! Service was quick and pleasant! A great place for breakfast or lunch.

This place was recommended by locals, so we decided to try. It has the quaint casual coffee shop atmosphere, nothing special but if you are tired of chain restaurants, I would recommend. We came on a Saturday morning and it was packed, but we only waited about 5 minutes for a table. Friendly staff, huge portions. Chicken fried steak and... More

Ordered waffles and bacon, took 15 min before she came to the table, then after I got the waffles, 15 more min before I had to tell her that I would like syrup with it, Morons and it was not even that busy, nothing special about this place and they don't have the respect enough to give veterans a little...
