We have been to this facility several times. This time we noticed that not too much attention was paid to the cleanliness of the napkins and silverware. The knives were spotty and still had signs of food on them. The napkins were soiled and not properly cleaned. Even the replacement napkin that I asked for was not any better. The... More

Chicken fried chicken was fresh, made from scratch, very large portion. Only negative was that it and gravy needed more seasoning salt. Chicken bowtie pasta was good but had less chicken and sundried tomatos than in years pass. Also, chicken was thinly sliced but seasoned well (in the past the chicken were more generous chunks than very thin strips). Sauce... More

We dine here often. We have always had good service. The food is good and there is usually enough left over for lunch the next day. My sons love the ribs. I like being able to order a baked sweet potato with my meal.

I asked for French onion soup and it was very salty! Then I told the server that I was really hungry and if he felt that my food was going to take a while I should get a salad bar!! "Your food will be here right away" Well, he took his break for more than 30 minutes and forgot about... More

We had a large crowd of people who wanted drinks before dinner and then eat together later. They served us very well and it's not expensive either

The portions here are ENORMOUS, especially the baked potatoes which are a meal by themselves. But there is a lot of variety and everything tastes good.

This is my first visit to Claim Jumper, a restaurant owned by the Landry Group, the same folks that bring you Landry's, McCormick & Schmicks, Chart House and Morton's Steakhouse, among many others. I'm not a fan of the Landry Group because I noted the awful job they did when they took over McCormick & Schmicks and Chart House. So... More

We've been going to this Claim Jumper since it opened. The portions are huge, you'll never leave hungry, and, most likely, you'll be bringing home a doggie bag! It's nothing fancy, but the food is the good stuff you're looking for. Steaks, ribs, fish, salads, chicken, burgers, and comfort food like old fashioned meat loaf and chicken fried steak. The... Claim Jumper back in the day was a great go to restaurant. While their portions were huge and still are, the food was always good and it was just a fun neighborhood restaurant to meet friends. This has changed since it was bought out by a large corporation. They have changed some of the dishes and eliminated some of the... More
