located in a strip mall in Foster CIty, ABC offers excellent chinese seafood. Also, during the weekday as well as the weekend it offers fresh dim sum which is quite good. Service is uneven and you always feel a bit rushed by the waiters/waitresses. Nonetheless, it is good value.
