Awesome Breakfast

Outside looks deceiving, once inside you felt your were in the World of Oz. Had to wait about 30 minutes, it was well worth the wait. Food was absolutely great. Had a scrupulous crab omelet and wife had a sausage style eggs Benedict. Meals were served fast and hot. Kudos to the staff. Will... read more

Cute place and the service is good, but the food was average. Not sure how a place called Eggheads can ruin two eggs over medium, but they did. They were runny - ugh. Bacon was good and so was the sprouted grain toast. Husbands said the biscuits and gravy are average. Perhaps the screaming children didn't help. Very echoing place,... More

We went here after reading reviews on TripAdvisor and were very happy. We had the crab omelets, which were delicious. The only down part of our visit was the 45 minute wait for a table. However, we made the best of it by walking around the Guest House across the street.

Delicious and varied breakfast menu features fare that surpasses the usual. I loved the option to select a crepe instead of eggs with the same variety of ingredients and fillings. Often an omelet is just too much egg for me. My husband's classic Eggs Benedict was delicious with real hollandaise made from scratch. Enjoy the Wizard of Oz ambience while... More

This is our traditional stop while in town. Over the years, I've had their Dungeness crab or eggs benedict dishes and I was never disappointed. Love the fact that they serve espresso based drinks although I also love their locally roasted Thankgiving coffee - Egg Heads blend. I love how quirky it is to have a trip to the restroom,... More

This is a traditional favorite of the town. I found it cramped and strange. My daughter had to use the restroom and we were pointed to grab a key off the wall and walk through the cramped kitchen out the back door follow the brick road to an outside restroom. I tried to make fun and light of it, but... More

We always have breakfast here when we are in Ft. Bragg. My husband loved the crab omelette, I forget the name. It was stuffed full of crab with a hollandaise sauce on it, I had the French toast which was also very good. A little pricey, but good sized servings.

Very small place, wait time of about 20 to 30 minutes. The food was excellent and worth the wait time. Staff is friendly and the service was great.

One word to describe my eggs benedict, "WOW". Enjoyed my trip to the Emerald City. (restroom) by following the yellow brick road. Loved the Wizard of Oz theme.
