My boyfriend and I were staying in Fort Bragg for a weekend and read some great reviews about this breakfast place. It is located right downtown, great location. We planned on eating breakfast there on a Sunday, but there was a HUGE line out the door, so we went back on Monday morning and only had to wait 15 minutes.... More

The reviews on TA were generally raves, so we went about 9 a.m. (maybe earlier) on a Wed. morning. Had to wait maybe 10 minutes, though we were quoted 20. I would NEVER have stopped here on my own. It looks like a greasy spoon! Even on the inside! It's tiny. The menu said to allow extra time for cooking,... More

You're definitely not in Kansas anymore, but it's not Oz, either. Somewhere in between, this is our favorite restaurant in Fort Bragg. From the funky Oz décor to the extensive menu, Eggheads does not disappoint. There is usually a wait, but they give you a pager they say has a range of a block, but once we were across and... More

Had the Dungeness crab omelet, excellent! The server was very friendly, and the coffee was great! Go early, very popular local eatery!

Wow! This place has great food. I had a ham, cheese, and mushroom omelet that was excellent. My husband had crab eggs benedict that looked amazing and he said was the best he'd ever had. The food was fresh and reasonably priced. You sometimes have to wait for a while but well worth it!

This restaurant is amazing! My husband and I had read that Eggheads was good, so we stopped in on our way out of town. It is tiny, and we were told there would be about an hour wait, so we took our buzzer and walked around downtown. Our wait ended up being only about 30 minutes, and as soon as... More

I have family in the area that suggested Eggheads to us years ago. We have had some of the most amazing breakfasts there over the past decade. Whenever we're in Ft Bragg we make it a priority. Today, a crab, Canadian bacon, tomato cheese omelette with champaign hollandaise. Are you kidding? SO GOOD. The staff are super friendly. Be prepared... More

Had so many recommendations and great reviews, we had to check it out.. Absolutely worth the wait and the $. The crab omelette was to die for.. And this place has multiple gluten-free options, from toast, to pancakes, to the English Muffin that I had. Fresh crab from the local fisheries..absolutely decadent with avocado. Long wait and a little pricey,... More

Had the steak and eggs (4 oz sirloin). Meat was a bit tough. The accompanying potatoes were fantastic. Wife's crab crepes also good ($16). Kids had pancakes and waffles that were a bit more reasonable ($8-10). By the time you throw in drinks and tip our family of five was out $80 for breakfast. Service was reasonable and location convenient.
