The food was great, our waiter was helpful and knowledgeable, and there was live music - what else do you need? My husband and I stopped for brunch while touring Russian River Valley vineyards and thoroughly enjoyed it. We didn't participate in wine tasting here, just brunch. Note that we'll-behaved animals are allowed and attire is casual.

We recently visited the Sonoma Valley, specifically the Russian River Valley. Over 3 days we visited 11 wineries for tastings. Our favorite was the very first one we visited, the one closest to Applewood Inn, Russian River Vineyards. The setting is gorgeous, the tasting room and restaurant are set outside on a patio surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens. Our... More

We spent a week in the Forestville area with a group of friends in early July and, for our first night there, took a chance on Corks as it was close and seemed to be highly rated by Trip Advisor. Were we ever glad we did! We enjoyed a beautiful outdoor dinner with great live music (not too loud!), great... More

We had lunch at Corks last week only because our first choice restaurant was closed. Were we ever lucky! The menu concept is terrific if you want to share plates, which we did. We started out sharing the calamari (very good, if not the best I've had), a delicious soup, a charcuterie plate and a goat cheese tart. Service was... More

We have been to this winery restaurant many times over the years under a variety of owners. This group is a vast improvement over the last one. We had brunch on Sunday with four adults and two children to give it a try under its latest management. First the good points. The setting is one of the best in wine... More

Saturday afternoon lunch outside under the trees with my beautiful wife. Can life get any better. Mark our server was fantastic. Recommended the perfect wine to go with our Cesear salads. Service was five stars from him. Ruben the chef came out to visit with patrons. Spent time at our table which was very respectful. While we were leaving he... More

They saved us! We had gone to another restaurant, where we had reservations, to be told they were closed for a private party. We went to Corks, and, and were told, regrettably, they were full. On their doorstep, trying to call around to find somewhere else to eat, the manager stopped us, brought us in and gave us a table.... More

The setting of this restaurant was special. A relaxing, countryside outdoor terrace at this winery, not far from the farm that produces much of what is served, was a great environment for an enjoyable meal. The executive chef stopped by and was so clearly devoted to producing delicious and original dishes. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We had a great... More

Once the best burger in Sonoma county, we sat down to have a revisit of an old favorite. The burger was now $15 at lunch, below average taste, plain white bread bun, and the sides included less than a cup of fries for oneorder and the fruit "side" on the other was two 1/2 inch wedges of a small orange.... We ate at Corks our first night in Sonoma the atmosphere was just how I imagined it would be. We ate outside under Giant Redwood trees with little lights hanging around the patio. Our meals were delicious and our waiter Nick was very personable , we enjoyed a wonderful night with our good friends we were traveling with. Would definitely... More
