We have eaten here several times, both dine-in and take out. If you are in the mood for good Chinese food, this is the best one in Folsom, I think!

First time here with two friends Bill & Ben who have eaten here for years. Wonderful quality food, fast service and very quaint decor to make you feel comfortable. The great decor with pink linen napkins in water glasses just set the ambience. Reasonable for what you get. Cant wait to return. John & Bill from Nanaimo BC Canada

We come here a lot. Used to live a block from there. Now we moved a mile away. So instead of walking, we drive. It's worth it. Great food, outstanding service. Great for a crowd. We had our great grandsons christening party here. Were allowed to bring our own desserts. Service with a smile. Congratulations Bill (the owner) for making... More

We took two "Foodies" there for New Years eve Dinner. Lifelong residents of Sacramento. Never had been there. Meal was fantastic. Best "Hot & Sour" soup I have ever had. Big bill, $40 and I could hardly carry the left overs.

Best Egg Rolls EVER!!! Love this restaurant! When family rolls into town, they expect to have a visit to Hop Sings. Excellent service, consistent food quality, and reasonable prices. How can you lose?

My family has been dining with Hop Sing for 5 generations now. The history of Folsom, the first west coast power house & dam sculptured from granite, the original granite prison, the railroad with granite ties, the Chinese fireworks, the hidden caves on the hillside, and the great food paints a picture seldom told. If the walls could talk! Bill... More

I am a Chinese food lover and I must say that this is the worst Chinese food I've ever had! We wasted $41.00 on garbage. We ordered egg rolls, potstickers, pork fried rice, chicken chow mein, sesame chicken, and sweet and sour pork. The food tasted like it was made with old ingredients and it was just plain bad. The... We brought kids, grand kids and now our toddler great grand kids! Value is superb, owners and staff are most accommodating; they'll go the extra mile to make you feel pampered and all with a smile! We love it, homey atmosphere, unique in every way. They feed and treat you well here! We are local residents from the historic district,... More

Not a bad little Chinese restaurant. Great potstickers! Some of the other dishes were just so-so, but not bad at all. Prices were right.
