Great place for happy hour. My favorite is fajita nachos and if you get there and eat in bar during happy hour you can enjoy this much cheaper then eating in the restaurant area. Sometimes a little noisey but fun. All the chips and salsa you can eat.

Our waitress was great and so was the food. She accomodated all of our questions and need in a cheerful manner!

We went to Chevy's in Fairfield, CA for my birthday and had a great time. We love the chips (best anywhere) and salsa and the mango lemonade. I ordered flautas and a crispy beef taco, but was sad when the flautas came and they were different than I remember. They tasted okay, but not as good as before. It did... More

I took my family here for my son's birthday (15) and my in-laws joined us. The place was half-full, but we were made to wait for a table. The waiter was young, not very engaging, and not very attentive. We were into our third helping of tortilla chips before the food came. Our drink refills were slow. The food was... More

The food here is fresh delicious and almost homemade. The restaurant was recommended by a family member because he knows I like Applebee's. I loved this place, the atmosphere and bar is also nice. Service was quick and my chicken tortilla soup was perfect, chucks of fresh avocado and chicken chunks everywhere . My hubby ordered the fajita sampler and... More

We were at Chevys last night at 5pm. One other family was there before us. It took over 15 minutes to seat us even with 6 servers standing at the counter. There were no fountain drinks because the fountains were down. It was a dine and donate evening and it was made bad by the incompitent staff. Last time we... More

After reading the reviews and seeing where the restaurant was ranked overall in the city, I decided to try Chevy's anyway because it was within walking distance of my hotel and 3:00 pm in the afternoon because of travel. I was pleasantly surprised. The salsa was fantastic. Obviously fresh and tasty with the right amount of heat. I also ordered... More

Chevy's is a good place if you have loud kids because the restaurant is usually busy enough to cover them up. The food is really funny- sort of made-up Mexican food but it can be good. It's sort of hit and miss. My son loves his ribs and my husband's fajita salad was good. My tortilla soup seemed to have... More

I was staying at the Garden Inn next door and ate twice. I had the chicken, corn, Chipotle enchiladas. The first time was great... The second time was served cold and incompletely cooked or warmed. I think the recipe is great but whoever cooked it the second night wasn't paying attention.

This restaurant was convienent to our hotel and offered drinks and food for tex mex fans. At time times the service was slow, but that may have been isolated. The food is good and hot and the atmosphere is fine for a casual drink in the cantina if you like.
