Randy Blankenchip found an empty niche when he opened Texas Roadhouse--a quality restaurant in Fairfield, CA. The steaks are great, the atmosphere homey and comfortable, in spite of being crowded from opening to closing every single day.

Prices are good, food is good and they are are sensitive to my wife's seafood allergy, many are not. They have good salads, burgers and steaks and they'll make your steak fries extra crispy if you ask!

This is a family-oriented establishment--great for loud and noisy kids because any sounds they make will not make any difference in the overall ambience. The food is OK, but nothing special. Not a good place for a date or a quiet dinner for two. Prices are quite reasonable, so they have a great following. If you always wondered what it... More

The steak, sides and the drink were all really good. The prices weren't too high, the service was good, and the atmosphere very relaxed and down home (peanut shells on the floor!). If you hate country music, however, I'd stay away from this place.

Every time I have been to the Texas Roadhouse it has been a great meal. And my family and I have tried several different things and all has been great. Depending on the time you arrive you will sometimes have to wait to be seated but it is definitely worth it. Their fresh baked rolls are spectacular. Always warm and... More

The steak was good. The prices were fair. The service was very good. The food was ready very quickly. Be warned: it's a loud place. Whether that's good or bad is up to you.

Love the roadhouse. Always get great food, drinks and service. The bartenders, are the best. The bread rolls are addicting. The best ribeye in town. But, if you are looking for a quiet place to dine. This is not the restaurant, for you. If you want to have a great time, and a great meal, go to the roadhouse!
