Solid choice in Old Town Eureka

Went here with a large (8 person) business group for dinner. We walked in as the musicians were setting up. I thought, Uh-oh, we won't be able to hear ourselves over the sound, but the two-piece combo (playing Irish music) was quite nice and not at all loud. Our waitress was prompt and... read more

Lots of potential in a historic building but more of a seedy neighborhood bar. We have been in Irish pubs around the world and don't expect fine dining or romantic ambiance but this place is a dump. The rust molecules are barely holding the fixtures together in the restrooms so god knows what is going on in the kitchen. The... More

We came in right at closing. Kelly, one of the owners, was super nice and let us in. Evan the waiter was awesome, too. He recommended the fish & chips with the fresh halibut. We ordered that and the portobello mushroom burger. Both were amazing! We will go back, and we will bring friends with us! Highly recommend.

This was an interesting looking spot I just stumbled across in Eureka. They had a nice selection of beers and the bartender was very knowledgeable about them. If it was something he studied up on or learned from practical experience, I am not sure. I only had a couple of beers, but the food menu looked interesting. If the aroma... More

Waited for awhile at the bar with my date, was ignored by bartender, I inquired about a particular beer, he made a rude remark about my inquiry, he told other customers he had a big

We were told the menu was all fried pup food- Not true! We had the prime rib- we really liked it! Great cuts, cooked just how we requested. There were 4-5 dinners we wanted to try so we will be back for sure!. There was live music one eve, it was bluegrass and awesome! Great service and fantastic wine/booze selections.... More

Stopped and had the Halibut fish and chips and a couple beers. The best fish and chips ever. The atmosphere was really cool as well. We also had a very nice waiter and service was great.

This restaurant serves our favorite fish & chips in the city! Especially tasty when fresh halibut is available.

I've eaten here quite a few times, and enjoyed it every time. We went again last night and our family ran the gamut of food choices. My daughter enjoyed her burger and fries, but said at the end he burger did taste a little fishy, maybe it was on the grill where fish had been. My older son got clam... More

Met some friends of mine that are from the area and know the place well! Seems they knew the employees by name. So that could be why the service was excellent!! The bartender even filled the baby's bottle with milk!! I ordered the French Dip and fries and I have to say, it was the absolute best Prime rib meat... More
