This was our second time at the LC brewery and found it to be much the same as the previous experience. The beer selection is great. The decor is NorCal funky and the menu eclectic. It was also very busy and very loud. We had a couple pints of a tasty IPA and some appetizers. Unfortunately the appys weren't nearly... More

At lunch with a group of four others and a young child. The beer is quite good here. I suggest getting a flight if you have not been here before. The food is very good for pub style offerings. The one drawback is that it is usually crowded and noisy and service can be a bit slow when it it... More

I have no gripes with the service, even though it was crowded, the service was quick and efficient from the bartender, all by herself, to our server. The pub food was excellent, and my only complaint was that there were no Porters or Stouts to sample, however the other ales that they had were excellent!

I am a fan of craft beer but left after we had one beer apiece. The Victorian era building which was remodeled lacked warmth and sophistication that I would hope to see. It had too much a pizza parlor atmosphere for our taste. Families with beer buff parent or parents might really enjoy this place. Adult patrons tended to be... More

Lost Coast Brewery has served very good fish & chips for years. They use Halibut which makes all the difference. They also have a light breading on the fish which does not over power it. The atmosphere is fun and they have excellent root beer they brew. They also offer lots of seasonal beers along with the usual brews. They... More

My wife and I ate here on a short 2 night trip up to the Redwoods. We really enjoyed the food. The beer battered fish and chips were awesome! We did think it was a little pricey for what you got, but otherwise we really enjoyed meal.

If you've made it to Eureka, you've got to go to Lost Coast. It's a fun restaurant/brewery. I'm a big fan of the Tangerine Wheat beer and BBQ sandwich. Nice staff, good beer and food, good times.

Checked in hotel late Sunday evening and was told that only a few chain restaurants were open. Fortunately another guest overheard our conversation and suggested Lost Coast Brewery. The Service was incredible...the food (had burger...Cooked just the way you want) was just what we needed..The the beer (8-ball stout) was delicious.

Stopped there on our coast trip mostly because of the front of the building first. Beers are really good with enough selection for every taste. Good place to watch games too and have some bar food. Liked it and will come back!

The $12 beer sampler is a great place to start. I really liked the "downtown brown" and my husband the "8 ball stout". The Brewery & Cafe is housed in a funky old building that is usually packed. Besides very good food (especially the seasoned fries), there is a pool table in the area by the back entrance if you... More
