Lost Coast Brewery and Cafe is just that... they sell their beer and their food is common cafe fare. I've been here a number of times over the years and you can count on the food being enjoyable, the service somewhat slow, and the place packed and noisy. It's a good place to take kids or group if you're not... More

We had a wonderful time at Lost Coast. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, the beer (especially the Ally Cat Amber, Great White, and Tangerine Wheat) was delicious, and our lunch was fantastic. We couldn't wait to visit since we love their beer, and all our expectations were exceeded!

My wife and I went here on my 35th birthday because I wanted to try the beers. I ordered the 10 beer flight (10 4-oz glasses organized on a tray with accompanying paper with descriptions). Enjoyed the beers, and my wife and I split a large order of nachos that were very passable. However after these things were dropped off... More

We stopped by on a Sunday evening for a bite to eat and a cold beer or two. Asked locals for beer recommendations and went with the two that were mentioned most often, both were very good. Service was good and the food a mixed bag. My burger and fries were excellent, my wife's fish okay as was my daughters... More

Beer was excellent. I order a 10 sampler that the wife and I split. I liked 7 out of 10 and the wife like a different 7 out of 10. The Tangerine wheat was amazing and I don't care too much for wheat beers. We watched a FIFA game while we had a pizza and such. Very tasty. Too bad... More

I almost went to a different place because the picture of the building doesn't do this place justice. Thankfully it was on the way to the other place. The building looked way better in person, so I decided to go. They brew their own beer. I would recommend the $12 sampler. I had the pulled pork sandwich and the lemon... More

I visited the Lost Coast Brewery during a trip to the CA coast and Redwood Forest w/ my son. I had read reviews about how great it is. Upon arriving I felt like I had entered through the wrong door. There was no hostess stand. There was a couple waiting already. I asked them if I was in the correct... More

We were staying at a motel down the road and stopped by for dinner on a Tuesday evening. The place was packed - good sign! We had a 15 minute wait. The food was really good. I had the make your own pizza and my friends had the chicken quesadilla and the chicken lips and everyone was happy. The craft... More

Wow! This place was pretty awful from the moment we walked in. It was a Sunday night and fairly busy, but we managed to be seated fairly quickly by the half-baked hostess. We asked for a children's menu but she apparently forgot about it on the long walk to our table. Once seated we were visited by our server, who... More
