My daughter and I stayed two nights in Eureka at the carter house over the 4th of July and after we were done with the street fair on the 4th we went to the brewery for lunch. We sat at the bar and tried a different beer each because we never had the beer but it was highly recommended by... More

The outside is what drew us in; an old building…probably a saloon from the 1800’s. The place was packed on a Friday evening so we did not expect fast service (nor we did not receive it). Lot’s o local, so if you are chatty, you can find out about all there is to do in the Eureka area. The biggest... More

My family and I love this place. Fun atmosphere. Great place for kids ( this is my 4 year old grandson's favorite place.) Menu has lots of variety (fish and chips are very good) and the prices are reasonable. This is our favorite family lunch or dinner place to go in Humboldt County.

This was a fun stop on our trip down 101. The food was good and moderately priced. A fun evening out. I am a wimpy beer drinker so ordered wine and it was a nice one.

Heard Lost Coast Brewery & Cafe was a place with fun atmosphere and good food. Waited 30 minutes for a table. No problem. Ordered food and waited 45 minutes more. The waiter was overworked and trying his best. The food arrived just as we were about to leave. Hamburger and roast beef sandwich were okay. Fish & chips were soggy... More

This was a bit of a disappointment, the atmosphere is interesting, lots of fun things around the restaurant. Food was really good, when it finally arrived. We ordered a burger and a stew and after 45 mins and a very apologetic waitress our meal arrived. Well priced with a good range of beers. Worth a try if you're not in... More

This is a quirky little brewery and restaurant. Try the flight of beers...I loved the tangerine wheat, but the other beers were very good, too. Cool shirts- we purchased one. We had a great time.

We were turned on to this place by a friend who used to live in the area, and we're not disappointed. The atmosphere is nice, if a little crowded on a Sunday afternoon when we visited. It sits right off of a main street, but has sufficient parking in the back (metered parking). I'm not a huge beer fanatic, but... More

Unlike other reviewers, I didn't like the fruit beers, but my sister and I split a flight of 10 beers and it was a great way to get a taste of them all. Service was slow. I found the Haddock and Chips to be a little underseasoned, but the Navajo Chicken Sandwich and the Roasted Turkey Sandwich were great. The... More
