I went with a couple and their 4 yr old. It was packed when we got there. You order and pay, take a number and wait. I liked the tables with benches. They were easier for me to sit on than at a booth, which they also have. It is kid-friendly as well. Two of us hit the salad bar.... More

My husband and I went here based on tripadvisor reviews (which had never let us down) but felt let down this time. The pizza and garlic bread were nothing to get excited about. Service was good but we left more pizza on the table than we ate. We were overall disappointed based on expectations & the food was nothing remarkable.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. My ravioli was wonderful! My friend's BLT looked great with lots of bacon and a generous bag of potato chips, too. They have a good salad bar, outside seating and nice people to bring the food to table. The prices are very reasonable, too.

Like a locally owned, much better Pizza Hut. Really good pizza, family-friendly, and an easy place to just hang out and have a beer. Be forewarned that it closes at 9 on weeknights.

Had the "lunch special calzones"....My husband and I are real calzone fans..The crust was superb. Yeasty, soft, and thick...Baked a very light golden brown, not overly dark at all. (like some places bake it)....A whole lot of mozzarella and ricotta cheeses.....I would of preferred a bit more veggies, and less cheeses.....Just a personal choice....Salad bar was really good and fresh,... No wonder Pizza Hut in this town closed! Babe's is a local gem and a great break from all the fastfood pizza chains. They have a creative menu with unusual toppings. I can't even remember the name of the pizzas we had, but I had spinach, pepperoni, italian saussage, olives and mushroom on mine while my bf had cashews, pineapple... More

This was our first visit to Eureka, CA ever. We were in mood for pizza but wanted to try something new & local, not a chain we have at home. So I looked up pizza places on tripadvisor.com Babe's was listed as the #6 out of 157 restaurants and had 4 1/2 out of 5, so I figured it must... More

We picked up a pizza and salad to go and it was great! Yummy pizza, big portion (medium easily could have fed 4). I packed my own salad from their super fresh salad bar and we all really enjoyed it.

Huge Calzones. The Vegetarian is full of ricotta, spinach and onions. Easily enough for two people. The crust is flaky, dipped it in the rich marinara sauce. Hubby had the meatball sandwich, again enough for two! (We had leftovers for supper, glad they don't use styrofoam). Lots of parking, TVs for a game, good beer selection, very good wine selection....
