Friendly good service in this small town resturant. The food was good and reasonably priced. The visit was only wrecked by a loud mouth patron at the table of 3 accross from us. They finished their meal but the one loud mouth sat and talked and talked. The other two at the table talked quietly but not the loud mouth!

We got into town late after a long day on the coast highway and we were lucky enough to find this terrific restaurant. This place has so much charm and such welcoming hospitality. We loved it. There is a wonderful salad bar to start off your meal. We can recommend the Ahi tuna which was served perfectly. My husband loved... More

Very Good local seafood almost excellent. Fish and shellfish meals were very fresh and cooked just right, well flavored, very good sauces. Located in a Victorian era building next to a police substation A litte bit on the pricey side. Portions were of a good size. Salad bar had a good variety. Decor is a bit dated. Would recommend making... More

The food was ok, but quite mediocre and bland, which would be ok if it wasn't so overpriced. Steer clear, unless you'd like to spend $40 per person on dinner that should cost about $25.

This is the place to dine in Eureka, closed Sundays. The atmosphere is an upscale casual and seem like the place the locals bring visitor’s to impress or for special occasions, it is in Victorian era building but very nice. The Professional wait staff (Laura), large wine list and varied menu with lots of fresh local seafood and steaks are... More

In town one night only, we were looking for some good seafood and we found it! It was a Monday night, but all the tables were filled, a good sign. We ordered from the Specials menu: Fish and Chips and Halibut with Basil Cream Sauce. Both excellent! Huge salad bar, and we certainly didn't mind getting up and serving ourselves.... More

Went to this restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend. The food was superb. Excellent clams and oysters and a wide selection on adult beverages. The service was friendly but slow even though there were only a few customers and numerous employees standing around.

Recommended by local motel. Service excellent, friendly and well-informed, particularly over the wines. Food very good, they have that knack of getting the fish cooked right through without it getting dry whilst at the same time, keeping the outside crisp. And it was very fresh.

Stopped by the Sea Grill for lunch on our way through town without having heard anything about it. I ordered a salad of scallops on a bed of lettuce. The scallops were good, as hoped, but the lettuce looked like it was taken out of the garbage. Made almost entirely of stems, it had a few bad leaves, the parts... More

Very good local & fresh seafood. Halibut, Ling Cod, Snapper are all great. Neat old bar, best to make reservations.
