We were driving though town looking for a place for breakfast when we spotted their sign. We are glad we stopped. Even though it was Sunday morning about 9am, the wait was only about 5 minutes. They have 90 different omelets on the menu plus a Make Your Own omelet. They also have the usual breakfast selections. The omelets we... More

This is a very cozy, homey place, great for the parents as all have observed. They have so many things on the wall on the ceiling (selling wind chimes, etc) to keep you busy looking around. We went as a big family for fathers day, my father-in-law picked this place, so we have a big group. We did not have... More

This hands down was the best breakfast value around and the food portions were more than ample. Terrific Eggs Benedict and their potato platters were out of this world.

We went here for a breakfast date over the weekend. There are many options to choose from. I ended up getting the spinach mushroom omelette, which was pretty good, but the potatoes that came with it were a little dry and bland. The service was friendly but a little slow. Our food ended up being only warm

What a great place for breakfast. We went 4 days in a row and had great omelets and/or waffles. The omelets were large enough to share and there were enough variations to satisfy anyone's tastes. The service was efficient, very pleasant and just a great place. As noted on other reviews it is a little hard to find but worth... More

As stated elsewhere, this is a little hard to track down, located in the far west corner of a strip mall off Escondido Blvd. on the north side of Mission, but very worthwhile. We repeat a visit on every trip. Large selection of large omelets, well prepared and with interesting ingredients (avocado, artichoke hearts, Polish or Itialian sausage, and a... More

Seems like there is over 100 omelette choices here. The best breakfast in town, especially the house specialty: pineapple omelettes. Service is smooth and fast and prices are fair for the volume of food you receive. Very clean and quiet with amusing decor. They will make your breakfast exactly the way you like it . . . coffee is very... More

If you like breakfast, then you cannot miss the Golden Egg Omelet House! With over 90 different omelets to choose from, you are sure to find one for you! I always get ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream and sometimes pineapple. The portions are huge and the omelets are tasty. Even my husband, who hates eggs, finds plenty to eat on... More

This place has the biggest list of breakfast options you could ever ask for! Kind of old-world atmosphere...like a little place in the country except it isn't! Friendly staff. You might have to wait a bit for a table at peak weekend morning hours!

it was a busy morning when we went in, everything was good and they give you big portions but I didn't like the bacon bits instead of real bacon, kind of weird I thought.
