I have not been a big fan of this brewery, however I did stop on a rainy day with relatives and found the menu has expanded somewhat which was a great change. The brewery has great tours, great beer, and is always crowded whenever you go so expect a wait for a table, and the bar is always crammed full.

Been there many times and we always enjoy the beer and surroundings. Cool outer bars and gardens to hang out, cool fire pits and water features, edgy decor and warm afternoon sun. Take the tour, it's fun and then of course there is the tasting.

Fun place with a lot of ambiance, the food is good, appealing .. the menu changes with the season (the polenta was delightful .).the service can be slow, the place noisy but overhaul it is a lively experience .. plus the pleasure of trying different beers.

Sorry guys, but there is no other grade I can give you for what happened. I show up on a Wednesday at 7 pm to find the Bistro closed with the Manager standing at the entrance next to a sign "closed for private party". That may be nice for the private party, but a terrible experience for all the other... More

Unfortunately, we couldn't explore the outside grounds (too dark) which judging from the entrance way looked quite interesting. The interior is large with the brewery apparatus part of the décor. We sat in the outdoor patio near the heat lamps and the fish pond. There seemed to be groups together, some with small children, even a babe in arms. According... More

My husband and I ate here and we were not disappointed! The Quail Knots were great along side of the beers suggested for pairing! I had the duck tacos! They were amazing. My husband had the chicken and boar sandwich, again amazing.

I've been here dozens of times before their beer was even on grocery shelves, and it keeps on getting better. The menu expands with popularity and the garden is even more beautiful every time I visit. There are vegetarian/pescetarian options and lots of choices for everyone's taste. Although they offer Sunday brunch, its still best to go during lunch on... More

Great success story meets savvy marketing...if only the food and service lived up to the potential of the setting. House made kimchi very good and short ribs interesting... Boar sandwich boring and uninspired, served with stale chips for $15...salads of rest of our party looked fresh but toppings sparse. Tour is worth it $3 includes tasting and souvenir glass...primes participants... More

This is a frequent stop, and the food and beer are very good. The menu is very eclectic. As an example Brisket served over mashed sweet potatoes and spinach....it was very good. They have a wide variety of craft brews, and not just theirs. If you are a craft lover, Stone should be on your list. Stone is the primary... More

We just stopped for a beer, I wish we would have planned lunch! The restaurant/bar and outdoor eating area is magnificent. It doesn't hurt that we were there in late December when the temp was 80°! The large glass roll-up doors were all open which added to the immense feeling of the area.
