This was our first family weekend in Escondido because we were visiting the San Diego Safari Park. We had no idea where to go for dinner, but looked this up on TripAdvisor. Based on the reviews, we decided to give this place a try. The food here is amazing! We ordered Green Curry with Sole, Sweet & Sour Veggies, Eggplant... More

This was the second visit for us at this restaurant. This time around the service was excellent; however, the food lackluster. The spice level asked for was a 4, but upon tasting, it was more like a 6. The noodles in the see-ew seemed to be chopped up and very minimal in the dish. The pineapple fried rice, which had... More

Dinner, Veggie dishes, White rice, sumptuous, quick service, friendly service. Would love to have lunch or dinner again. If one doesn't normally eat spicy hot food, be sure to order "Mild" and not "Medium"! One would certainly enjoy the food at "Panaya Thai". Get a brief on the dishes before ordering.

We get food here at least three times a month. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. Can't ask for a better experience!

Some of the best Thai food in North County. Reasonably priced it has become a family favorite. We normally do take out but the interior looks clean and the servers are fast and friendly.

Visited this attractive Thai restaurant on my trip to Escondido at lunch time and found the Tom Yum Mixed Seafood Hotpot the best I ever encountered here in the States. Had to go back the next day and ordered a bowl of the same along with the Crispy Duck on a bed of crispy noodles, lathered with chili-basil sauce and... More

Haven't been here for a few years but had good memories. Since I was picking up my car on Auto Park Way I decided it would be nice to take my wife for lunch. Normally we order several appetizers and entrees and eat family style, but I guess we were less hungry than usual and decided to order off the... More

Good food, good service. They are very good at toning down the Thai spices for me - I'm a wimp when it comes to too much heat! The restaunt is small and shares parking with a chain restaurant so occasionally we have had to search for parking but it is always worth it!

We stopped by this little Thai place driving through Escondido. The hostess and waitress was a little stiff - they need a lesson on service. But i didn't know if it was a language or cultural barrier! They followed through on everything that was asked though. Ken who helped us with water was the sweetest guy! We decided to stick... More
