Good food

Cash only and not very charming interior but good food. Service was pretty fast with a steady flow of customers. Convenient spot. Eating outside was nice. We had chicken quesadillas, the taco/burrito combo plate#6 and the 5 taco plate for our kids (age 4 and under). We enjoyed the food - the... read more

I had the chimichanga that was very good. So much food for a little money. There is no way to finish your plate.

Was super busy but I didn't see the big deal. The "hot" sauce was mild. I wouldn't go back. In my opinion it was authentic Mexico without the flavors that make Mexican food so delicious.

Just happen to pass by and thought we would try it. Burritos were great and the fish tacos very tasty. Give them a try, very authentic and at a good price.

Nice little shop and decent looking, wide selection of food and cheap prices. food quality seems good but the flavor just is not there that I expected from a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant .

Stopped by this place on a whim on our coastal drive from Carlsbad to San Diego on vacation. One of the best meals we had the whole trip! The Bomb burrito is fantastic, it's huge so split one if you aren't starving! Also tried the shrimp ceviche, it was excellent as well but couldn't finish it after the Bomb, that... More

We were in the area for a couple weeks for vacation. After a long day at the beach, mixed with an afternoon happy hour (at Pizza Port in Solana Beach) we wanted an easy but kind of late night dinner. Karina's was walking distance from our hotel and came highly recommended from a local who we met earlier that day.... More

Our party of 4 stopped in here early Sunday morning and we were looking for breakfast. Not many breakfast items on the menu, but we decided to try the menudo, tacos and machaca burrito. Oh my was everything freakin delicious! The machaca burrito was perfect and flavorful. I loved the al pastor and chicken tacos, they are HUGE compared to... More

We stopped at Karina's actually planning on going to a taco shop nearby. The food was fantastic. A great hole in the wall type place with cheap, fresh, great food. Definitely recommend and will go again!
