I really want to like this place. It gets great reviews and our friends like to meet there. But every time I go, I just not impressed. It is the noisiest restaurant in Elk Grove. If we can't get a table outside, we can't hear anyone who isn't sitting right next to you. The food is pretty good but not... More

We have always had great meals here and in the Sac location. I love, love, love, the pork fusili! Everything we get here is fantastic, service is always good. Only bummer is they serve brunch on the weekends until 2 and pasta isn't ready until after that.

Paesanos is a great place to eat at , whether you go for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. They also have a gluten free menu that is fantastic. .

As an Italian, I expect authentic Italian food when I eat at an Italian restaurant. Paesano's isn't quite what I would expect, but the food is definately well-prepared and delicious! Try their fried ravioli or calamari for an appitizer - you'll be glad you did! Ask your server what concoction the bartender is featuring - there's always a surprise! Pumpkin... More

Love this place! The bartenders are friendly and proactive! The food is great, the house wine is decent. Happy hour prices Monday - Friday 3-7. Wine and drink specials $4, various prices for happy hour food vary. Super tasty. They just added a 1-topping mini-pizza for $5! Outdoor patio is wonderful with heat lamps if cold and a water feature... More

After having Paesano's pizza, you just can't go back to the other pizzas. (Except for Grimaldi's). My two favorites are the Vegetariano and the Mushroom Formaggio. This place is always packed so we usually just order take out.

I have eaten here many many times. Everything on the menue is above average. The fettucini arrostiti is a favorite of mine (nice & spicy) the pizzas are fantastic and they make the BEST Sangria ~ to die for on a hot summer night.

We order the Sicilian pizza for take-out at least once a week because they are so good. The Calzone is also very good. The atmosphere is great and the outdoor area is perfect for nice weather. I am amazed it has such a complete bar for a smallish eatery. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any size group.... More

I think Paesanos offers the possibility to be different than your usual pizza or pasta place. Their unique offerings allow you to expand your taste buds and explore different combinations you normally don't get at your standard pizza place or pasta place. Of course, there is the familiar, but given the chance to be different, I thought that made this... More

We've eaten here twice now (we go to Elk Grove once a year on business) and both times our food was delicious. It's one of the few non-chain options in the area. They have a nice wine selection, plenty of brews, and top notch Italian food. My husband really enjoyed the chicken and potato pizza and this time I had... More
