Description: At the heart of all great food is fresh, local, peak of the season ingredients. Paul Martin’s aims to take diners back to the farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, the best of both wild and farmed fish, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors.Surveys show that 78 percent of American consumers value regional and local food for home cooking. Why? For health, taste and to preserve the rural landscape. Embracing this concept, Paul Martin's believes it's their responsibility to carry these values into the restaurant kitchen.

I wasn't real excited to eat here but now it's one of my favorite spots in El Segundo. Food choices where awesome and the wine list was great. Also one of the best happy hours I've seen in a while.

I really enjoyed this place. The lighting is just dark enough; I ate at the bar which had the usual TV sports for entertainment. I had a steak salad which was loaded with all kinds of delicious ingredients. The service was great and they know how to make a good whiskey sour. I'll definitely be back.

Paul Martins has one of the best Happy Hours in the southbay. It runs from 5:30-7 and has wine starting at $5 a glass. There house red is actually very good. The other good deal is the burger/beer/fries for $13, how can you afford not to do this. Another reason to support this restaurant is because Paul Martins is very... More

Great trout that was larger than I expected. Good service overall with parking that is free on the weekend. Plenty of good appetizers as well. Nice wine selection also as it is California.

Don't miss this place in the over crowded field of places to eat in SoCal. Best place for casual to classy type bistro in the South Bay. Try Chimichura steak done medium well, the best I have ever had. Small menu, but everything done very well.

we were there for happy hour. my friend had raved about their three-mushroom burger and she had not lied! it was fantastic! Kristopher was, however, on of the worst waiters we ever had. The manager saved the day, fortunately. Great chocolate ganache cake.

The server was great. Since my fiancé and I had never ate there he took time to explain the menu and tell us how this restaurant differed from others around. He explained that all the ingredients used are fresh and most of the meats are cut there in the kitchen using meat that has had no added hormonal processes used... More

Food: wildly inconsistent. Special Fried Chicken-in edible. Vegan Plate-an oil slick! French Dip-not bad at all. Steak Cobb-let's not even discuss it! Service: A very pleasant waiter, but our family of 4 sat...and waited...for...every...lousy...course! 2 hours of poorly prepared food. Atmosphere: they got this right. Summation: one of the worst nights out ever. We're STILL fuming. And $200 poorer. Avoid... More
