With little experience with food from this region I kind of went with suggestions of our lovely waitress. Its been a while so I can't recall the names of dishes but the food was great. Service was spot on. I'd definitely go again.

The food was delicious. The place was packed. There was nothing left over after we all had our filling. Homemade baklava dessert to top things off. We went with our daughter and son-in-law and we agree it was well was worth effort to find it. We're from Clovis so it was a pleasant surprise.

We decided to meet another couple half-way for lunch and picked Dublin. Based on TripAdvisor and its caveats we selected Khyber Pass Kabobs - it is located in an old, run down strip mall, which does not present an welcoming invitation for the restaurant. However, once inside we were seated in a pleasant surrounding with decor indigenous to Afghanistan and... More

Oh my... We stopped by this place on our way back to San Ramon. At first we were a little apprehensive because it’s located in a strip mall and looked very dark. We stood at the entrance for what felt like eternity without anyone attempting to help us. I am not someone who likes to wait and I almost walked... More

Second Experience eating Afghan food, and first time at Khyber Pass. I came on a Wednesday evening for dinner and had ordered the Beef Tikka Kabob. I really enjoyed the rice, and the beef was cooked perfectly. It took a while for the food to come out, and I was surprised because there were only two other tables taken. I... More

I have had the lamb, beef... Well most of the menu since my last review. I have never felt disappointed with any choice I've made! My wife also loves their food! I work in Dublin every Wednesday evening and I try to stop in weekly if time permits!

My family of four ate their last night with one teenage daughter who did not want to go there as she is a very picky eater. We all loved it - even the picky my one. We had an appetizer called Mantoo which we all loved! Then had the pumpkin appetizer that sounded weird but it was fantastic. Again, we... More

Been to the restaurant monthly since August last year. Have not had a bad meal. Mantoo, kebobs, baigan, palow, bolani are all fantastic. My non-meat eating kids love the.chicken kebob and brown rice. Only down side is the restaurant is small, and you risk being turn away on busy weekend nights if you arrive after 7.30pm

I swear ever since I discovered this place, my boyfriend and I come here almost every week. We just love it so much. Since the first time, they have added more dishes to their menu. I use to order their Koobidah a lot but now I have other favorites. One of them is the Qaboli Palow. I love the moist... More
