We love this restaurant! The biscuits and gravy are delicious and all the breakfasts we have had there are scrumptious! The staff is super friendly and I love the funky decor!

If you are looking for healthy they will cook you egg whites, but don't expect them to be grease free. Great service! Okay if you want a value breakfast.

We have eaten breakfast and lunch there. The breakfast was really good...the lunch ok--it seems to be a local favorite as quite a crowd gathered ---looks like it could use a good cleaning but the staff was very friendly.

I have been eyeing this place since moving to DHS. Had a guest from San Diego and thought I would give it a try. Very clean; very friendly, good hearty food with portions for big appetites. The combination will make me return. We had breakfast and can't wait to try their lunch offerings. Place was busy; Rotary, Kiwanis or something... More

I went here two mornings for breakfast during a local stop in the Palm Springs / Desert Hot Springs area. My boyfriend and I had planned to go to the Sidewinder Grill for breakfast Saturday morning but a not so good dinner complete with overall staff confusion the night before changed my mind and I had to find something else.... We were staying in Desert Hot Springs and looking for somewhere other than fast food for breakfast and this place was recommended. It is probably more nostaglic for the locals with decor such as old movie star pictures on the wall, but as a visitor it looked dated. The food was average, we had the cottage special and the oatmeal... More

This restaurant is clean, but their food (in our opinion) needs improving or their prices reduced, the service is ok, just ok. It's located on one of the main avenues of the City Desert Hot Springs, CA., close to some of the hotels and spas, therefore is within walking distance for hotels' guests. This place is ok for a quick... More

This is such a cute little place, I really wanted to love it. It looks like it has been there forever. Kitschy interior with hundreds of pictures of old movies stars on the walls and accents of plastic flowers here and there. The waitresses look like they've been there, their entire careers and are very friendly and really try to... More
