This was our second visit to Pannikin Coffee & Tea. The location attracts a variety of patrons. Some are jogging, some are on bicycles and many seem to come from the beach. After many years of drinking coffee I know exactly which coffee I prefer. When you come you are overwelmed by the selections in both coffee and tea. They... More

The coffee here is pretty good. The food is not. the desserts look good but they are far too "earthy" to be very tasty. It is standard fare but does have good atmosphere.

As I work across the street, it is a treat for us to visit Pannikin. The baristas are always pleasant and the coffee is excellent.

Pannikin is a great place to study alone, have a business meeting, or great breakfast with friends and family. Coffee is delicious and the food is fantastic!

My husband and I stopped in for a quick breakfast before hitting the farmer's market nearby. They sure are popular! The line moves fast but is perpetually out the door. I had the mexican hot chocolate and a gluten-free blueberry muffin. My husband had an exceptionally smooth latte with huevos rancheros. We enjoyed our meal and the ambiance! Loved that... More

Real local flavor at any location. Been going here for 15+ years. Go here way, way before any of the chain stores.

We visit Pannikin everytime we go to San Diego. There is always a line out the door but it is well worth the short wait. From the scrumptious quiche and scones to the enormous muffins and breakfast bagels - you're sure to find something to complement one of their fabulous cups of coffee or tea. Homemade everything, your mouth tells... More

Whether you are a long term resident like me or just visiting, I strongly recommend Pannikin at either its Del Mar location or on Highway 101 in Leucadia. Both are a reminder of how coffee houses used to be before Starbucks (which I love, but need to take a break from occasionally). Pannikin makes its own pastries and is a... More
