Great Del Mar Restaurant!

This restaurant feels like home in Del Mar. The location and views are fantastic. The staff is wonderful (especially the GM Amanda and the owner Dan). You really can't go wrong if you make this a spot you can't miss in Del Mar.

We went for happy hour and tried several dishes. Everything was excellent- I would recommend trying the crab cakes. The patio provides views of the ocean. It was a really great experience and we will go again!

We had a fantastic Saturday brunch, the service was fantastic. Very baby and dog friendly which was a huge bonus. Food was fantastic, I had the chicken sandwich my husband had the eggs Benedict and both very good. The Yorkshire pudding with homemade jam was sensational. Thank you for a good experience.

We had dinner here, midweek. The meal was OK, but not as fantastic as everyone said it would be. Service was slow. We spent a long time waiting for someone to take our order for wine. The wine list was so-so at best, not over-priced, but limited. The appetizers were soggy. The main course, cooked properly, but not very tasty.... More

Fun spot to not only have a super dinner but hang out on outdoor patio for a bite to eat and glass of wine on a Friday afternoon. Engaging and attentive wait staff. I've been here at least on 3 occasions for dinner twice and an afternoon happy hour and never been disappointed in experience

Location is good, service is prompt, restaurant is warm and comfortable in a good location, but the food is nothing special, very average, and grossly overpriced. You can bring your own wine and I would suggest you do. They are unjustifiably proud of their wine list, we were extremely unimpressed. This restaurant is over rated by TripAdvisor.

Service is best when it’s virtually invisible. Not here. We got off to a sketchy start when our waiter dribbled the wine along the side of both of our glasses – leaving sticky glasses and two large wine stains on the white table cloth. Things picked up with an excellent crab cakes served in a delicious remoulade of hearts of... More

We've been to most of them, never disappointed, all good but find ourselves going back here more often. Pretty limited menu which to me is a positive. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We just always feel comfortable and satisfied here. This time I had the pork prime rib, I rarely get pork dining out for the risk of being dry. Nope! This... More

My wife and I come here almost every week. The reasons are many, but include the excellent food, great value, fine wine selection, and lovely views. But the biggest reason we keep coming back is the staff. The people at Sbicca's are truly the best! They are more like good friends, and we've come to fully appreciate their skills at... More

Dinner works too. This restaurant has gone through a few evolutions, but what restaurant doesn't? Never been truly disappointed.
