Been eating their vegan dishes for years. Regular customer. Last take out, they said 30 minutes, returned 45 minutes later, they hadn't started it. Then came home to find the wrong kind of rice, the food was mushy and terrible. When I returned, wanting to give them a chance, they said I would have to have the food with me... More

Ding How is a chinese restaurant in the Albertson's Shopping Center on Covell Blvd in West Davis. It is a couple of doors down from Mc Donalds. Ding How has been there as long as I can remember and hasn't really changed over the years. There are open table seating as well as booths. Service varies widely depending on who... More

The lunch special is the best deal in town for amount of food vs. price. Veggie menu is great, service varies, but is adequate. Their broccoli is always fresh and cooked perfectly.

Very gluggy, lacking fresh veggies and any sort of regional flavor. There are just better choices in Davis downtown. It's not my sort of food, but its been in its present location for over 20 years , so it clearly has a following.

I couldn't eat the chow mein and rice, it was far too much food. The prawns kung pao was very tasty, and quite spicey. I had the hot and sour soup, which was OK. For... More

Nice restaurant, albeit in a nondescript strip mall, with very good food at inexpensive prices. My latest order was asparagus shrimp on the lunch menu, which included chow mein, fried rice & choice of egg flower or sweet & sour soup (I had the former), all for $7.50, which is the most expensive item on the lunch special menu. The... More
