Who Knew South Orange County had such a Nice Restaurant?

We saw this was a Michael Mina Restaurant and had to go. We went on Sunday, we have learned to avoid the crowds. First you are at the St. Regis, a beautiful Hotel. The restaurant is elegant, yet simple. They had moved the customers to one end as to not appear empty. We had a great table by the... read more

I have tried in the past to go to Stonehill Tavern but previously had difficulty getting a reservation. I had heard very good things and so finally the plans worked out. We arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation for 4 people. Our table was ready and we were quickly seated at a nice table. My wife asked for a... More

If you cannot get a reservation, try walking in for a seat at the bar. This restaurant serves high quality fine dining with great food and craft cocktails. Ask the talented bartenders to surprise you and use the bitters.

My family dined at the Stonehill tavern after Christmas. We were staying at the hotel and after a day of exploration were too tired to search for a place to eat, took the easy route to eat within the hotel. With a name like Stonehill Tavern, my husband thought there would be hamburgers for the kids! Wrong! Instead we walked... More

The setting: Christmas Eve, our family traditional dinner. A nice table, just as requested. Downhill from there. We waited for our drinks; we waited......and waited, for every course. With prices so high, our expectations for the quality of food was equally high. But alas,it was disappointing. Pricey? Can you imagine ordering a glass of chardonnay, no specific label requested and... More

We had breakfast at this St Regis restaurant. The food was well prepared and it tasted good, but flat. Service is very spotty for a place like this. Beware, the whole resort is undergoing a massive renovation so the place is dusty and there is no atmosphere right now. Quite pricey.

I was able to reserve a private dining room at the Stonewall Tavern. What a great way to entertain clients. The food was very special, I think we tried a little bit of everything and it was all really really good

Delicious. We went here for a late night snack after traveling all day. We were very happy with the fare.

My partner and I had an amazing experience at the Stonehill Tavern while staying at the St. Regis. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing and it was WONDERFUL! The service was very relaxed and polished! Thank you for a wonderful anniversary meal! If you are staying at the hotel come here for a meal and treat yourself!

What a view! We had dinner reservations for Stonehill Tavern during our last stay at the St. Regis. What an experience! I had the lobster pot pie. Wow! (I noticed recently upon visiting the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown that the same dish at Mina's Bourbon Steak is about $20 cheaper.) Others in my party had filet mignon and salmon.... More
