The restaurant is dated, think 70s, but the happy hour is also 70s. Good offerings abound, such as fish and chips, calamari steaks, burger and fries, salads, and chicken tacos are just some of the items offered at very affordable prices. Throw in wine, beer or cocktails at the best prices in the harbor and you will understand why the... More

Loved the happy hour, although they should do the same Mai Tais as the Wind And Sea. Same owner.. Wonderful coconut shrimp. Not as good ambiance as the wind and sea.

The Sunday brunch was wonderful with a large variety on the menu, including bottomless champagne. The atmosphere is vintage if dining upstairs. We found the downstairs portion of the restaurant after the fact, and wished we had chosen to eat there instead. However, if you are looking for a good Sunday brunch and don't mind vintage, I would recommend it.

We ate here with a large group after a day of meetings, food was nothing special. Pricey and not worth it in my opinion, staff were slow and overmatched. This was dinner on a Tuesday night, place was steady but not busy. Food took a long time to come out and I was disappointed. We did try their other restaurant... More

This restaurant had very good food, but not excellent. It was fairly pricey for the amount of food received. Just a main course with no salad or soup. The harbor view was pleasant and the service was nothing out of the ordinary. With so many choices in the area, I would try another restaurant next time around.

Ate at Harpoon Henry's on Father 's Day. Very busy and crowded, but the staff did an excellent job of keeping everything and everyone moving. Food was good, service folks happy and it all added up to a very enjoyable experience. I imagine on a more quiet day and time, the experince would be even better!

But…besides the outdated decor…the food and service were great! The view of the marina is very pretty and a lovely spot to eat dinner. I had the macadamia crusted mahi and it was really delicious. One word of caution, stay away from the house wine…it is terrible!!

We have had lunch and several dinners at Harpoon Henry's but I put off reviewing hoping my next visit would be better. The fish entrees are okay, nothing inspired. You can have some great meals at other restaurants in the marina but Henry's does have a view of the marina which is why we have gone back. We try different... More

Nice location in Dana Point Marina with a fine view into the harbor sunset. Very well done fish and warm sourdough, but a somewhat uninspired Caesar's salad. Good cheesecake with berries. Efficient wait staff. Moderately comprehensive wine list.

Very good view of the boats in the DanaBeach harbor. Good food at a good value with very good service. Certainly one the locations you have to consider for eating on the ocean.
