We had a few different meals here during our recent stay. Our server, Esteban was great, so we asked for him each time...friendly, unpretentious, knowledgable, and attended to our every need. Their breakfast menu is outstanding. Lots of different creative choices and plenty for us gluten free folks to choose from, including pancakes. The egg tambale was fabulous & I... More

Breakfast amazing so was the service! Dinner was so so. Had some hits and misses when we ordered and service at dinner was quiet slow. They messed up on one entree and had to ask for bread twice. Once bread came it was stale. Not good for a St Regis

We selected a table and when we found that other guests were were looking a the view, but kept walking too close to our table, the staff responded in a very sympathetic way and re-seated us and made sure that we were happy. The menu had a very good mix of imaginative and classic dishes and we were very pleased... More

I really don't like to rate a restaurant average but if I do it's because I judge the restaurant on the price for the quality of food it serves. I stayed at the St. Regis and decided to eat at this restaurant because I expected it to be amazing, unfortunately it wasn't. We order 2 filet mignon for 36$ each... More

This restaurant has it all: Location is on the beach, nice for pre- and post-dinner walks; great food; and good service. We went twice in a two-night stay!

Excellent food, service, view and atmosphere. I highly recommend Motif. Our breakfast was delicious. Next time I stay at the St Regis I will eat here again.

A few friends and I ate at Motif for dinner one night during our stay at the St. Regis Monarch Beach, and overall, I felt it was a good restaurant with good service. Originally, when I arrived on Sunday morning, we attempted to eat here for brunch, but they were fully committed with a line out of the door. Apparently... More

The bread and batter had zero flavor. It was missing vanilla or sugar or cinnamon or all of the above. The sauces were outstanding! But it was like trying to hide the taste of cardboard. Disappointing when you pay $80 for breakfast for 2. I will say the view of the property from the restaurant is GORGEOUS!!! and I really... More
