Good Food and Cocktails

A friend booked this place for lunch and I must say, I was impressed. First of all, the views while you eat are just lovely. We were lucky enough to nab a window seat, and it was a gorgeous day (which seems to be the norm in SoCal). We ordered cocktails (a real deal Mai Tai which was delicious... read more

We liked the outside seating and that's what drew us in. But I wasn't super impressed with their food or prices. I had the fish and chips and it for $20 it wasn't as good as I was hoping. The service was slower as well.

Wind & Sea is a nice choice if you want a casual lunch or dinner harborside. There is outdoor and dining room seating. Because of its' location, right down at the harbor, you can really enjoy the water view. (Most of the other DP restaurants are set back, near the marina, so you see boats and people walking along the... More

We walked in and was seated. We noticed the nasty carpet that couldn't have been swept all day, with crayons and food smashed into it. Then we looked at the menu that seemed quite generic. Then we waited a few more minutes on someone to take our drink order but no one came. We bolted and never looked back. I... More

We needed some family friendly taste(and adult beverages 😉 so we posted up at the Wind & Sea, for some bomb clam chowder and mega shrimp cocktail. I enjoyed a local IPA, while my lady sipped on a Mai Tai, that I believe has a limit of only 2! Everything was delicious and flavorful, and our lil guy even received... More

I was in this restaurant three weeks ago, I ate a calamari steak that was fantastic and my friends had the halibut which was also very good. The service was quick and Very good. The restaurant is located beside the harbor, so you can see the sea and boats good.

Good for tourists wanting a water view - but not outstanding food or service. There are better places. Good place to take friends from out of town for brunch, but average for everything else

We walked to the Wind from the Laguna Cliffs Marriott. It was worth the rigorous walk back. Great location. We ate in the bar. One can see all the activity coming in and out of Dana Harbor from there. Bar dining is accompanied by nostalgic live tunes. We enjoyed it. We ate local oysters, steak and a spinach chicken salad.... Best Mai Tai anywhere. Very good fresh fish and awesome nachos. Live music in bar and right in the marina,. Watch the boats go by as you dine. Views from every seat. Good outside dining as well.
