A trip south on Skyline Blvd. found us in Cupertino and hungry one afternoon. We pulled into Rio Adobe in hopes of finding something tasty, and were rewarded. Everything we ordered was fresh, spicy and delicious and the service quick and friendly. Simple place, simply great!

From the Hopi Blue Corn Enchiladas to the Heirloom Tomato Quesdadilla, the food here is excellent. The Taos Tossed House Salad is perfect for splitting along with a quesadilla for lunch. My hiking group and lunch group both eat here frequently, and each person can find a dish she loves. We enjoy the soapapillas for dessert but try to resist!... More

Such a warm place to have a casual Tex-Mex meal. From their Taos Taos salad to the nachos and all the vegetarian dishes, we absolutely love their prepared dishes, and manage to make quite a dent in their salsa bar because we love the variety of salsas. My personal favorite is a black bean and corn salsa that is just... More

Wow! What an awesome find! Great menu options, super innovative and different. I did love the crab tacos like everyone else said-- the seasoning on the tacos was spot-on. The shrimp tacos were also excellent! My fiance ordered the hopi blue corn enchiladas with a fried egg on top... this is like nothing you'll get at just any Mexican place.... More

When I arrived, I saw a huge assortment of veggies roasting on a grill just behind the counter, this was indeed a sign of the quality of the food. The menu is very traditional Mexican with a few unique specials posted on the board, such as Heirloom Tomato Quesadilla. Drink choices were extensive including the wonderful Mexican Coca-Cola (made with... More

This is a comfortable, casual spot for affordable dining- but it is not fast food. They have a good selection of beer & wine and comfortable tables inside & out. Rio Adobe has good southwestern (TexMex/New Mexico etc.) menu items. The carne adobada burrito is good, as are the mariscos tacos and the carnitas. There are also regular additions &... More

Cheap delicious Mexican food in huge portions. It's similar to Baja Fresh, but imagine it homestyle.
