The food and service is both good - enjoy going to this restaurant from time to time. Sometimes the wait can be long...
We like going to Elephant Bar but have not gone there recently. They discontinued the senior discount. Food is good, and very reasonably priced. There is a very high turnover in staff, and the staff is very busy. . Wait times can be long, we usually go early in the evening. We can walk to the restaurant which is a... More
We have eaten here several times over the years, and the food continues to be very good. They have a varied menu, with something for everyone. Portions are large and flavorful. Service is friendly and very good. A good value. Reservations are taken, and parking is usually not a problem, since they are located in a shopping center. They also... More
Went there with a dozen friends for Sunday lunch. We were seated quickly. Waitress stopped by pretty quick too. Ordered their ribs, frys, and a soda. Finished the soda quickly. No refill until the main course came. This was the last refill I got. The frys were so soggy I asked the manager for replacement. They never came. There was... More
We have had some interesting experiences here. Food here is very very good and they are good at improvising upon your requests. However, we have had unusually long waits for a table. We have had salt mistaken for sugar in the creme brûlée. But they always try to make it right. So we keep coming back.
Big, not fancy, decent eats at a fair price and good service. That’s the thumbnail summary. My first impression was that it’s a bit of a food factory, but they were much better than that. Our table shared appetizers of seared tuna, a tempura salmon roll and chicken lettuce wraps. To be honest it was better than I was expecting,... More
OK for a late dinner but much less creative than it used to be. Ambiance is dull and the atmosphere not so lively. JB's is a better choice for a late dinner.
Parking on a Saturday night in the shopping center across from Elephant Bar in Cupertino is like parking at Levi Stadium on 49er game day. Every spot is taken, with cars circling like vultures waiting for an opening. And when an opening occurs, they roar down the aisles like Gone in 60 seconds! Except here it is the parking spot,... I was here for Lunch a few days ago with a friend. We both found something to our liking. The menu offers a good variety for lunch, from soup and sandwiches to a full meal. The portions are generous and the service is good. Since my friend and I hadn't seen each other for a long time, we spent about... More
There is something for anyone, they have great selection. I have been there several times and keep going back. I love the artichoke dip appetizer and the seared tuna salad.
