We live close by, and discovered this place quite by accident several years ago. Since, though, it's become our go-to for a date night or special place to take visitors. It doesn't pretend to be anything else but a well-run local spot with very good food. The menu changes, but not very often. Good selection of pastas, and there are... More

I have probably been past this restaurant a hundred times and never realized it was there until a friend invited me to lunch. Delightful! It is elegant, the staff was nicely attentive without butting in and very charming and gracious. We both had the lamb sandwiches: nicely sliced lamb with a tasty aoli, cubed fried potatoes (not greasy) and a... More

Went for a business lunch that needed to be close to De Anza as my dining partner teaches there. While in a strip mall on Stevens Creek, the menu and quality of the food exceeds expectations. I had a salad nicoise that was presented beautifully - a solid offering though not spectacular. My partner had a seafood pasta that looked... More

A nice little place tucked in the corner of a small strip mall close to Apple. We started the night with wine tasting with appetizer at their wine bar next door, that was a good call. Everyone like their meal and the service is decent (might be a little better if we were not the last table before they close:-)... More

Sooo delicious! The seafood pasta was plentiful and very fresh - the sauce was just perfect. Arugula salad was a beautiful starter too. Wait staff was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I live in the area and have eaten several dinners at Cafe Torre. It is a small - tucked away - Italian restaurant that has consistently served me good food with good service at reasonable prices. This week for the first time I visited Cafe Torre for lunch. The lunch turned out to be terrific. Ordered the chicken salad which... More

I swear, the food was as if it had been made days earlier and simply warmed up for us. Dry, boring, forgettable. I truly do not understand the high reviews of this place. Maybe if you go all the time you get used to it, but unless you do - I would advise to miss it.

This restaurant offers a mixture of light Mediterranean meals, a variety of salads, pasta, chicken, duck, pork etc. I've had a salad and duck and they were both great! The atmosphere was a bit boring, service good but not really passionate. My glass of Chardonnay was clearly overcooled and thus bleary. Just a little more pricy for the overall experience... More

Authentic Italian with a wait staff that takes themselves equally serious. Lasagna, linguine, salads and great bread. A good staple Italian meal.
