I have business in Cupertino quite often, so I have occasion to dine at The Mandarin Gourmet regularly. I love the Chinese Chicken Salad - they use such fresh, clean lettuce and delicious strips of chicken! And the Tangerine beef is always smoky and delicious. They are always efficient, friendly and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. Always... More

We ate at the Mandarin Gourmet Saturday evening, arriving at 630pm. The parking lot was half empty, probably because everyone was staying home, saving money to go out the next day, Father's day. The restaurant itself was half empty, and we were seated immediately in a prime location right next to the window, overlooking the 8 lane De Anza blvd... More

Linen on the table. Nice place for a change from the ever present fast food places. I had the spicy chicken dish and it was very good.

The Mandarin Gourmet is located on De Anza Boulevard - not far from the Apple Headquarters in Cupertino, California. We were a group of eleven - friends and family and had gone for dinner on a Saturday. Parking was available adjacent to the restaurant. When we entered the restaurant, we found the place was crowded - an indication of popularity.... More

One of only a few restaurants open on Easter Sunday. Nothing special, rice was a bit gluey and stodgy.

We did take out so I can't say anything about table service. Went with friends and had 4 entrees and a couple of appetizers. Everything was excellent. The Pot Stickers are huge and wonderful. Warmed some up for lunch the next day.

Found this restaurant on Tripadvisor. It was shown as the top Chinese restaurant in reviews in Cupertino. Being nearby, it was an easy choice. Parking was confusing and you can get trapped in one lot. Arrived 6:30. Given a poor table selection near the passageway to the kitchen which was strange since there were few people. Walls were dirty and... More

This is the best Chinese food in the area. You can count on anything you order to be tasty ... but I love to order their pot stickers (they're quite large), the war won soup and every main dish I've tasted. It's an upscale atmosphere with white tablecloths and the owners are friendly and appreciate your business... It's the only... More
